Everything was good, only the telephone at the room was without connection and they never solved it, and the breakfast needs to have variety of dishes cause all the days they serve the same

Buena recepción. Cuidado con el transporte público
Excelente recepción, el señor super amable, me ayudó a imprimir nuestros pases de tren para el siguiente viaje. Lo único malo es la ubicación, está en zona 2 (Una estación de tren despues de la última estación que incluye el pase regular) si compras el boleto incorrecto puedes ser multado.

駅からも近く、行動もしやすい場所です。ホテルの隣にスーパーがあり、お土産もそこで買えるし。パンを購入しましたが、私の口にも合うし快適でした。夜の遅い時間はお酒を飲んでたむろしている人もいるから、夜遅くのお出かけは、やめた方がいいです。冷蔵庫とドライヤーがあれば、もっといいですね。

Our room was spacious and spotless. We were close to public transport and within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. We found that there were very limited TV channels in English, which is surprising considering the amount of international visitors to Europe.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Offenbach for 2 nights to catch flights in and out of Frankfurt. We were 2 adults and our 7 year old son. We loved our stay both times! The beds were clean and super comfortable. They had the pull out bed all ready and made for my child each time and he slept well in the pull out bed. The bathrooms were really nice and clean and I really couldn’t have asked for more on a basic hotel room. I gave 4/5 stars only because there was a yellow stain on the curtains. The hotel is 11 stops on the S9 from the Frankfurt Airport so very convenient. You don’t need to change trains and it’s only a 1 minute walk from Ledermuseum station to the hotel. Beside the hotel is a bakery and grocery store and the surrounding neighbourhood was safe and had lots of options for restaurants, cafes, banks and groceries. The best part of the hotel is the free breakfast! It was delicious and we really looked forward to it each time. This place is perfect - would definitely stay here again!

Only one elevator in use and hotel full with fair customers. Stairs not easy, since you end up at the street each time. Otherwise really nice hotel and everything worked well
