Upon entering the room we had no toilet paper no clean towels or wash cloths our shower curtain was moldy.We had no blanket on the bed, our fitted sheet for the bed was filthy. We booked the room for april 29th to may 7th and paid for our stay, however may 6th came and we were told that we had to pay for another night if we were planning on checking out on the 7th of may. When i went to the front desk to figure out what was going on the person at the front desk told me that according to thier file on the compter we were only paid up until may 6th and if we wanted to stay until may 7th we would have to pay almost $50 when i showed the person at the front desk my itinerary which clearly stated that my Check in date was April 29th 2024 and my check out date was May 7th 2024 and we were paid in full, the lady at the front desk stated she didn't know what to tell me except that i had to pay an additional fee for the 6th to the 7th. Even my receipt at the front desk showed that my check out was may 7th and i didn't owe anything extra.However the lady at the front desk was still telling me that i had to pay an additional fee if i were planing on checking out on may 7th 2024.

My toilet leaked toilet water and there was no electrical outlet in the bathroom. I asked for maintenance two weeks ago but still nothing was fixed. So I had to step on toilet water every single day and run a 50 ft extension cord into the bathroom to use electricity in their. Very annoying, disgusting and unacceptable I am looking into another extended stay suite elsewhere now

The web advertisement on Expedia and Woodspring Suite website should be same as much as the WoodSpring Suites on Fredericksburg as same. It is not right that the hotel has different policy than appear on the webpage. If there would be confusion, the fact should be notify on the Expedia and the main WoodSpring Suite websites such as Refund matter. I really want to know that the WoodSpring hotel in Fredericksburg copy Driver's licsence of each customer. How long the hotel is going to keep the ID card copy? because all the faculty said differently.

Needed a place to stay for a night on a very last minute notice. They had same day availability l, checked me in quickly and easily, and the room was perfect for what I needed. No drama, no hassle, in and out the next morning. Would stay again if I ever had the need.

It has no amenities such as in room coffee maker or continental breakfast, it’s an extended stay facility with nightly rates so that’s to be expected. It seemed clean and maintained and the staff were helpful.

Exorbitant pet rate
This hotel claims that it takes pets.we have a 9 lb Persian cat. When we arrived the woman at the desk said to me "$200" for you cat won't be a problem. I said it most definitely will be a problem. We are paying $167 for the room. I declined to check in under these circumstances and left. I intend to protest this non cancellable room.

the internet is somehow worse than the horrible service and cockroaches in the room-i mentioned to the front desk and they said they'd send someone but never did- I've been here for 6 weeks as my primary residence and they actively break the law to make sure you don't get Tennant rights, not to mention they up the price when you book through Expedia so you're not even told the real price you pay, they charged me almost 50 extra last week with no notice whatsoever and told to pay the extra or leave. honestly with the water being OFF more often than on; let alone functional/ heated, they're not worth the 450 they're charging for a single queen bed- check dunning mills right down the road if you want a decent stay because this ISNT it.

Entrance to the property was good. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevator was broken. The room had holes in the walls. The sheets were on the bed inside out. Have to wonder if they weren't washing them each time and turning inside out for the second use. We paid 100.00 per night for what should have been 70.00. No coffee pot in the room and none in a common area. Went out to McDonald's 3 miles away for coffee. Probably won't use this property again.

I can assure you the linens were clean as we remove all trash and linens from the rooms before housekeeping enters the rooms to service. As outlined on our website and posted at our Front Desk Dish Packs, Dinnerware, and Coffee Pots are available for purchase if the guest desires to do so. I apologize that you drove to a McDonalds 3 Miles away. In about .02 Miles from the hotel the hotel there is a McDonalds, Starbucks, Wawa, and Sheets that coffee could be purchased from. Elevator was not working. Was given a ground floor room because of this and was told the better rooms were upstairs! Had no lamp, the room had a bad odour (use to be a smoking room!). Bare basic room, uncomfortable bed, hotel felt unsafe, thin walls heard everything going on, noisy and over-priced. Would not recommend.

Keep looking for a better place this isn’t it!
Terrible conditions, refrigerator stopped work with in mins of being in the room. Other tenants were very loud, bad smells all throughout the hotel. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

I booked the room online but when I went to check-in the man asked if I wanted to see the room. I said yes and he gave me the key to go look in room. The room door was open and it was nasty. The walls in bathroom looked like it had dried up blood splits on them. The sheets had little black specks on them. I did not feel safe to stay there. I did not even check in and he said I could cancel the room. He did not even check me in. I would not recommend that hotel to anyone.

I'm a night shift nurse, and checked in the first morning and walked into a room that had a light smell of smoke, just like in the elevators and hallways. Even though I had reserved a non-smoking room, I decided to ignore the smell and go to sleep. The room was loud as the hotel is right next to I-95, and I was also informed that there is only housekeeping services every 14 days. Extra towels would cost as well. The next morning, I came back to the room at 8am and the smell of smoke was extremely heavy. It was so overwhelming that I ended up requesting a room switch that morning, which I received and moved to a room that didn't smell like smoke, just body odor. After that hassle, I finally got to go to sleep only to be awoken by a bang on the door asking me to get up so that pest prevention could spray the fridge and sink with pesticide treatment. Half awake, I asked if this could be delayed and the response was no. Before realizing what they were doing, they were spraying my fridge with prepped meals inside with pesticide. The sleep quality was poor, the cleanliness was poor, and the crowd that hangs around that hotel is shady to say the least. Will not return here...ever.

Friendly staff, but will not stay again. Our room smelled AWFUL to the point I searched for other available hotels. The carpets felt gritty and dirty. Didn’t feel very safe walking outside, especially the area in the back. But by far, the smell of this hotel will haunt me forever.

The staff was very friendly. The drink machine would not work in the lobby. The air conditioner only blew warm air and it was very noisy all night.

Very limited household room services. Facilities for guests to pay extra to launder bedsheets, etc. - can request fresh towels, etc. Staff generally helpful. Poor internet access in room unless guests pay extra fee. Noisy at night. Poor WiFi service in room.

To ensure we're providing an affordable product for our guests we only charge the guest for what they're going to utilize while staying with us. This is why housekeeping is a bi-weekly service and we charge for linen exchange. We apologies for the inconveniences with the internet and will look into getting this resolved to provide you with an exceptional stay in the near future.
