Great lake-front property!!!
Everything was great-as usual! The only draw back to property is parking for vehicles 2 full-size & 1-small/mid-size is about it.

Ladies Retreat
We had an great time! Matt and Laura were excellent hosts. Laura was quick to respond to any questions that we had and gave us great information about the area and great places to eat. The house was amazing. It had so many extras in the kitchen and lots of towels. There were plenty of books, games and dvds. We enjoyed the sun porch, sunsets, and fire pit in the evenings! We were able to catch and release a few fish from the dock. The lake is so beautiful and peaceful! We had such a good time that it was hard to leave!

Strictly fishing with boat in tow
The home is awesome. It was clean. The location however is not ideal for folks towing a boat in and out twice daily. I’m only adding this part about parking so that future boat towers may have a heads up. The parking pad nor the dirt and gravel cut out area (cul de sac) was not big enough to turn around easily as we had to pull up and back up a few times with someone watching closely so as not to run over the ledge just to get turned around. After we figured out the best way to approach it with our boat it wasn’t too awfully bad. However, I couldn’t say enough nice things about the home itself….we had a great time and it would have been even better had the fish been biting good at Weiss where we could have docked our boat right at the home but we had to drive 1 hour over to Guntersville just to catch fish. 😏

Cozy with a gorgeous view!
This was the perfect spot for our friends’ gathering. There were six of us and more space than we could use! The house is well stocked with every convenience. Gorgeous outdoor spaces. We loved fishing off the dock and having all the comforts of home! Wouldn’t change a thing!!!!

Great House!
Spacious house, clean, well-stocked, hosts were SO accommodating and responded to my every question in a timely manner, great location and convenient to WalMart and restaurants. Dock was SO nice and great tor fishing! Rented a boat from business across the lake and they were very nice, too. Would definitely stay again!

Annual Grandparent summer camp
All the grandkids agreed this was their favorite grandparent camp to date. None of them wanted it to be over because it went by so fast. The house was fabulous, plenty of room for all the grandkids and us grandparents. Plenty of towels, toiletries, soaps, pots/pans. Even sheet pans to make plenty of grandma's homemade cookies. Laura was very quick and responsive to any questions I had. The kids got a kick out of the neighborhood dogs visiting us several times a day. There was one brief rainstorm that came up rather quickly. I was concerned about the outdoor screen doors because we couldn't latch them securely (although we tried) due to previous rainstorms that had bent them. Great lake house, thank you so much for allowing us to use it.

Family reunion
Took my 84 yo dad to spend a few days with his siblings. The lake house was a great fit for us. One thing to note though is if you have several elderly or handicapped folks this may not work for you. The steps going upstairs are quite steep. Once we got everyone inside it worked great. The siblings couldn't go down to the dock but thoroughly enjoyed the living room and back screened porch. Everything else was perfect! Thanks for hosting us! My dad, aunts and uncles were thrilled to get together and your home was great!
