Excellent property - highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was extremely clean and our host left so many wonderful amenities that we loved. The fenced in gate also made this house a great choice with our dogs. Very short walk to a nice private beach.

Wonderful beach house and location!

We have stayed at this property several times now and love it. It is very clean, well maintained - and so close to the beach. The neighborhood is very nice - and we love that there are no vehicles allowed on this section of the beach. We love the ocean views from the house and patio. Also, the house has all the amenities you need. I highly recommend this property!!

Everyone Has Different Opinions

We booked this house based on the reviews we read - and the comments on how clean the house was - sold us to book it for a month.When we opened the door to the house, you could definitely smell the mildew smell. The house was surface clean and that was about it. The tile floor might have been dust mopped but the floor was definitely not clean - under the sofa was disgusting (lost toy and plenty of dust), we actually replaced the caulking on the back of the kitchen sink (moldy) and the faucet was leaking, hence the smell when opening the lower cabinets. Silverware, dishes and cooking utensils and pot and pans (we cleaned what we would use and left the rest) were put away unclean. The floors in the showers were not good. Had to go get some bleach for them. Basically we spent a couple of days getting the house clean so we could enjoy our stay.On the positive side - our communication with the owner was good. They came and fixed a couple of things immediately when we reported.The treats that were left were very nice and appreciated.Overall, the house is very nice with great views and very close to the beach, it just needs more attention to the cleanliness.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. Not only was it beautiful but very clean and filled with amenities you don't often get at other homes. Luba had reached out and asked how old my children were so that she could buy them age appropriate snacks. Upon arrival there were snacks provided for everyone including a beautiful fruit, cheese and meat basket. They thought of just about everything in case you forgot something. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. They even had a cart, chairs and umbrellas and unlike a lot of houses, had beach towels available. The hosts were also very responsive to any questions. Honestly, this is the best experience I have had in all the houses I have rented over the years in Galveston.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We love staying here, it’s the only place we have stayed in Galveston for the last 3 years! The house is so cozy, comfortable, and the neighborhood is calm, peaceful, and welcoming! The fenced in yard and elevator are very helpful. The snacks are healthy, and perfect for the entire family. The beds are so comfortable, the beach towels are convenient, and the list goes on. Highly recommend this perfect beach house in Galveston!

Amazing Hosts!

The house was great, and the hosts were very communicative and accommodating. We had two kids under two, and they stocked snacks for them, provided a pack n play, and other toys. Most importantly, we left an item that required cold insulated shipping, and they went out of their way to return it. Could not have had better hosts!

Gorgeous Home!

This was the prettiest beach house we have stayed in! Everything was immaculate! The neighborhood, the location, the beach, the house and everything in it! They really thought of everything and we had the best time during our weekend stay. We will definitely be returning! Great beach house

We loved staying at this beach house! We had 6 adults and 1 toddler staying and the house was spacious enough for everyone to enjoy. The hosts were very responsive and quick to any questions we sent. We loved the convenience of the short walk to the beach. The beach wagon provided was great to carry everything to the beach. They also had so many other things to enjoy at the beach or on the patio such as a canopy, collapsible chairs, kites, kiddie pool, chalk, yoga mat, etc,. I probably would have done yoga on the porch if it weren't for the gigantic mosquitoes, so be aware. The house was fully stocked and the hosts were sweet enough to provide some snacks which were also easy to take to the beach. The house had dish soap, laundry soap and a new dish washing sponge available (not all places I stayed at provided those). The kitchen was also fully stocked, spices included, to cook anything. When you first walk in, there is a very stong disinfectant smell from when the house was cleaned so if you are sensitive to smells, beware. Overall, we loved our stay and will most definitely stay here again if we visit Galveston!

Galveston weekend

House was super comfortable and well-equipped. Location really was steps from beach. The beach was not crowded and no vehicles allowed. The host supplied us with many extras: lots of towels and beach towels, fun snacks for adults and kids. Toys for the two boys. There was a wagon in the garage and plenty of chairs to take to beach. We had a wonderful time. The boys loved it as well. They are 2 yo and 4 yo.
