Worst vacation ever
First, starting off the room looks nothing like it looked on the listing then we went and thought one room was ours and put the code in and completely open someone else’s room. How is that even possible. it was very hot going towards the room the elevators was full of bees. That was everywhere. The room was not clean like it should have been the couch had multiple stains an was very uncomfortable the bed squeaked every time you moved in it, The tub was dripping Water constantly running the whole time. The toilet so close to the bathroom wall it’s very uncomfortable. I could not watch TV in the master bedroom because the service kept going in and out the whole weekend we were there. There was no coffee besides the two little cheap bags and the sugar
And cream was very old to go with the coffee. it was overall very disappointing. It looked nothing like the listing the front office also looks nothing like the hotel will look. I tried to get this hotel because it was close to the beach but I would never stay there again and I would never recommend anyone to stay there, the best thing about this place was their pools, but it stayed too crowded to even go. and like I stay, in Galveston 2 to 3 times a year.
