La planta abierta distribuido en 3 amplios dormitorios con mucho espacio para relajarse, juegos, sueño y almacenamiento, 2 baños de lujo, y una cocina elegante y con estilo que fluye a través de la sala de comedor con vista al mar.  La amplia sala de estar se abre a un amplio frente y segundo patio cubierta. Disappointed in cleanliness. Floors were dirty and upstairs looked like it had just been swept into washer dryer area. Maintenance needed on property. Owner response to text quick. Items not available as promised. Seating on decks could have been better. Nice towels and beds comfortable. Plenty of kitchen items except wash rags and towels…only one. More info really needed to prepare for visit. Left a day early should sum it up.

The location & size of this property was perfect for my family. It was listed as having a community pool put it doesn’t open until May. It needs a good cleaning. We bought cleaning supplies to use for our stay. The furniture is old & not comfortable.

There’s some water damage in the front windows facing the beach that needs to be addressed (bubbles). The only other feedback I’d say is provide more than 4 wash cloths for 4 guests staying 2 nights. We’d stay again- great location.

Second time staying at this property and would do it again! Pictures don't do it justice - bathrooms and bedrooms have been updated. Great location right on the beach and the fireplace was great to have at night after being in the ocean all day

Based on the reviews, I was hopeful that Ocean Front Beach House would be a great end-of- summer vacation spot for my family of 5. The reviews give it an 8.8 for cleanliness, but it's not at all clean with decades of dust and grime and mold covering the walls, vents, stair rails, light switches, and door frames. The reviews suggest that the house had been updated. Both bathrooms have had a minor, DIY refresh with builder grade materials. It was not well done and has not been maintained well based on the gross, moldy gunk in the corners of the showers and door tracks. There are a ton of dirty, hand-me-down kitchen tools crammed in the dirty drawers, but nothing is worth using. There were only 6 mismatched bath towels, but only 3 of all other towels; and there was nowhere to hang towels to dry to use again. Everything in this house is a mix of yard sale finds and home goods from Wal-Mart. The tv was way too small for the room and there was no option for basic, local tv. The card/game drawer was crammed full of old, mismatched games with missing pieces. The outdoor spaces in this house are also mostly unusable. The ground floor lacked any personality or comfortable furniture, and the flies were ridiculous. And without anything to shield the sun, the upstairs decks were worthless too. Every square inch of this house needs a lot of attention - deep cleaning, repairs, updates, and all new furnishings. We actually cut our losses and left a day earlier than scheduled.

This property has it all - great house with great views, perfect location, and access to the beach. We stayed for a week and wished that we could have stayed longer. Plenty of kitchen utensils if you want to cook in, or, some pretty good restaurants close by - West End Marina, Nate's, Coopers Landing. We at at all of them and would readily go back to all three. The beach was awesome - right in front of the property it gets a little congested, but walk either East or West and it feels like you have the whole beach to yourself. No complaints about the property nor the location.

This was a fantastic house. Great beach access and the beach was not as crowded as other areas. We loved relaxing on the balconies and listening to the ocean. My kids did choose this house based on the pictures online, and the house has been updated since then. The house is absolutely gorgeous, and the updates are very beautiful.

Great place, cool views a with great windows. The owner/manager was super responsive and nice. A storm hit and we lost power. The owner contacted the power company and kept us updated. We ended up leaving early because the weather but we will definitely be back.

We stayed here last week with our 13 y/o daughter (she absolutely loved the loft space!)... house was more than advertised with updated bathrooms since the listing. Kitchen fully appointed, patios were perfect, and so nice to have a live fireplace for Spring break chills, especially in the master! The windows and high ceilings make the space feel huge. The beach was beautiful and steps away... if you want a little busy it's there sometimes, if you want more private beach it's just steps away to the left... perfect. Host was responsive to any concerns...we'll absolutely be back.
