Really enjoyed my time here. Check-in and check-out were easy and contactless.
I was insistent on finding a place with lots of outdoor seating and a grill. This place had that and plenty more.
The grill was a full-featured Weber, which I used to cook large dinners for my parents who live on the island. I left behind a charcoal chimney, some tumbleweeds, matches, and hickory and cherry wood chips for the power users.
The kitchen had everything you could need and all types of utensils - bottle openers, spatulas, nice kitchen knives. Good selection of Keurig k-cups.
For the mattress snobs, fortunately for me, the mattress I slept on (there are two beds) was on the firmer side.
You can see the waves of the beach from the porch, and the porch is adjacent to a large field with grazing cattle, so even though it’s a short walk to the beach, you really feel like you have plenty of space.
The wifi was great - I got 20 ms ping and decent download/upload rates. For cell service, I got full bars LTE with AT&T.
The best part was really the responsiveness of the property manager. I was able to extend my trip twice and get someone on the phone on short notice when I had a question about the trash. I thank them for making me feel supported.
I would say two couples or two adult friends could stay here with plenty of space to move around each other. It looks dog-friendly, too.
