Great Property!
Very clean, great communication with the owners. Easy to walk to restaurants/bars & beach. Stylish interior with everything to offer. The only thing I would suggest is to buy some wine glasses. Thanks for a great stay!!!!

Convenient Location

Review
Property is a decent neighborhood. Very close to sea wall. When we arrived at the property it was not the cleanest but not horrible, but it was so hot. Had a window unit that wasn’t working and another one that just couldn’t keep up with the heat. Property is small but is cute. Bathroom was the best part of the house. We could not stay there due to the heat of the apartment, but manager was great and immediately refunded us.

Loved this place- the bathroom was amazing (loved the tub), it was great to have a full kitchen, and the Smart TV with Netflix came in handy when it rained most of the weekend :) It was only a few blocks from the beach and a short drive to the rest of the island. The owner was really responsive and helpful. Had a great time and would definitely stay again!

We all LOVED this property!
This property was on a cute little street that looks like almost every house has been remodeled. We never felt unsafe and it was very clean. The house is set back and driving over the curb was a little weird at first but I drive a low mustang and had no problems going over it. The house was small but perfect for the 3 of us that stayed there for the weekend. We were surprised at how close we were to everything. Everything we did, whether it was near the beach or near the bay, was less than a 7 minute drive and our trips averaged 5 minutes. It's really in a great location and the price can't be beat. The attention to detail in the house was amazing. The literal only downside was that the mattresses on the beds were not that comfortable but hotel beds usually aren't either and this was cheaper than any hotel and honestly better than any budget hotel ever could be. Me and my friends loved the house and we talked about using this house the next time we come back. We really don't think there is a better property around for the price we paid!

Peace and quiet in the sun.
I was looking for somewhere warm and quiet to recharge. This certainly filled my needs. The deck gets the sun in the morning. I liked sitting there with my coffee, listening to the blue jays which fill the trees, and watching the neighbourhood cats on patrol. Another great feature is the walk-in monsoon shower. Holiday rentals usually have a tiny plastic booth where I am always bumping something, or a climb in and out of a bath tub. The house is compact but seems big inside. There is a comfortable lounge area, with a good TV. The kitchen/diner has a full dining table, and all the equipment you need to cook with. The internet is fast and reliable. The washer dryer is super efficient. Beds are comfortable. The property is on a quiet residential side street that hardly sees any traffic. The beach is a short walk away and stretches for miles in both directions. Some restaurants in walking distance, others a short drive away with good parking. Two good supermarkets are next to each other a 5 minute drive away. Lots of museums and galleries, possible side trips to State park, Texas City or NASA. Nina responded promptly to a small hitch at check in, and the matter was quickly resolved. A great vacation, I left feeling very relaxed and reenergised. Thanks, Nina. (And thanks to Galveston City for providing free parking and free public lavatories at the beach!)

The house is in a great location - very close to everything. The house was clean,just missed a few details to make the stay even better. Bring an iron, everything including coffee maker is mini sized. Also I knew the beds were queen but I was thinking you could bring both beds together - wrong idea the nightstand is attached to the wall. Communication was excellent and very accommodating!
