What a perfect stay for our family! The condo was spacious and fit our needs. The space was comfortable and a perfect location. The beachfront view and balcony were beautiful! We hope to stay again!

We had a great time- we just had trouble with the exterior locks. But everything else was wonderful and would rent again. The owners allowed a later checkout which was very helpful since we had to wrangle a bunch of children. We would love to come again for our future beach trips.

the house was clean and well maintained. kitchen was well equipped for cooking. lot's of extra sand toys for the kids and handy cart to take them to the beach. nice quality bedding and furniture. all in all nice house with perfect location close to beach and views to the water.

We had a great weekend at this beautiful home. The views from the balcony were perfect and had lots of seating for our group to enjoy. Communication with the host was great! We will definitely be back to stay.

The house had everything you could imagine. The five bedrooms was perfect for our group. I would say that the bunkbed room is more of a closet and should be described as such. The person in our group who drew that room, didn’t have a place to put her luggage. It was so small! I’m sure kids would love it. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioners for first floor and second floor worked well. We loved the various options for sitting outside. One comment I think you need to hear regards the doorstop for the kitchen back door patio. We had at least three near Mrs. with older women tripping and falling over that because it blends with the deck. Maybe you should paint that so it stands out. The locks were a little difficult on the doors as well. Maybe they need a little WD-40. Otherwise, we love the neighborhood and the green space between houses so that nearly everyone had an ocean view.

We had such an amazing time at Sam & Jim's home! Our original stay was booked the weekend of Hurricane Beryl and Sam was so accommodating, quick to respond, and helpful in rescheduling. I can't say enough great things about the hosts, the location of the home, and all of its amenities. My family had a wonderful vacation. Thanks so much!

The house is beautiful, even better than the pictures show. So roomy. We had 8 adults and 2 young children and had more than enough space. The bunk room was such a hit with my grandkids. Communication with the owner was amazing! We came the week after a hurricane - the island had damage, power outages and no internet. The owner stayed in constant contact letting us know when power was restored and willing to work with us if cancellation was required. Luckily everything worked out at the last minute and we were always fully aware of any obstacles due to the storm before we got there. We appreciated the communication! We loved the location and the neighborhood. We can’t wait to book it again!

My family and I had the BEST time staying at this gorgeous house right off the beach. The house was very clean, had plenty of space to accommodate our group of 10, and had surprising amenities like a set of free weights and a baby bath! The beach access is a one minute walk from the house and super easy and accessible. I can’t say enough good things about this house or this host! 10/10 all around!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The balcony views are incredible, the house was just perfect and was appointed with everything we needed. We had a relaxing stay and everyone in our group loved the house. I would definitely stay here again!

This was our first time in Galveston with a toddler and a baby. Everything about this property was wonderful. The house was beautiful, well stocked, extremely clean and well maintained. The location was perfect, the community was family friendly and only a few mins walk to the beach. The stretch of beach it has access to was very quiet and almost felt like a private beach for families from the community. The hosts were extremely responsive and generous. I can't wait to book this house again for our next holiday. Thank you Samantha for making our family vacation special ❤️

Fabulous property! The balcony views on all 4 were great very relaxing. The beach access was perfect walking distance we went back and forth several times. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of space for 8 adults and 2 children. The green space was wonderful for that tradition of throwing around the football on thanksgiving. We will definitely be back!
