The jetted tub was amazing! I was very happy with the cleanliness of the room and the staff were very helpful. I appreciated the take away breakfast in bags but wish it had options for diet restrictions.

Old installations, no charge point for electric car, breakfast is minimal and not really good. For just a one night stop, it's ok, but definitely not for vacations.

Grab and go
The grab and go breakfast wasn’t great at all. Toast or bagel would have been a better idea then the cereal bar and muffin Fruit was good 👍

Air conditioning did not function properly. I needed to buy "bug bomb" to deal with a plethora of flies in the room. Room much too small (less than 200 sq ft) for a family traveling with a dog (which they knew in advance). Front desk did NOTHING to address my concerns.

The staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean. The coffee pot in the room is bigger than 1 cup, it's a small pot. So nice when 2 are staying in the room that wake up to coffee. Gananoque is a beautiful town with the 1000 island cruises right there. We took the 1 hour and it was just enough to see a sample of the islands.

Nice for a 1 night stay as quite basic . Would have like to have room with no carpet due to allergies . Outdoor Pool could have been cleaner and better accessible as opposed to walking thru check in area in wet swimwear 🤔. No dining at motel , but fast food available in walking distance . Nice grab and go healthy bkft in morning . Free parking outside room .
