Hello Tracy: I want to apologize for the waterpark water being cold. The neighboring property has total control over that whole area and unfortunately the heater went down. I also apologize for the remote taking so long to get repaired or replaced, this is not our normal protocol whatsoever. I hope that in the future you will give us another chance to earn your business and give us a better review. My deepest apologizes!!

That is actually on our neighboring properties hands as they have full control over that. Hello Todd! On behalf of the Holiday inn Express I apologize for the inconvenience for the "Splash Pad" water being so cold, however this does not affect the pool itself as they are on different heaters. Unfortunately, this is out of our hotel hands as the neighboring property has total control of that whole area and the heater for the splash pad area has malfunctioned. I also want to apologize for the water to the building needing to be shut of for a couple hours. We had an emergency plumbing repair that was required to be made. Please accept my deepest apologizes for these issues. I hope that you will give us another chance to make a future stay with us better for you. I hope you have a great and safe Holiday Season. As far as our views go, both sides of our hotel have a Mountain view, one faces the city with mountains, and the other faces the neighboring property and parking lot but also has mountain views.
