Salvo un joven de Recepción que nos recomendó una empresa de alquiler de coches, el resto no muy agradables. Agua del Spa demasiado fría. Coincidimos con alguna convención y un poco caótico

Un hotel moderno y con zona de spa. Desayuno variado y de calidad. Lo peor es que esta en una zona en obras que desmejora la valoracion global.

Eine sehr gute Unterkunft. Das Frühstück ist mit ziemlich teuer, aber man muss es ja nicht nehmen. Das WLAN war aber sehr nervig, ständige Verbindungsabbrüche und auch das man sich per E-Mail Adresse oder Facebook registrieren muss, nervt. Daher gibt es einen Stern Abzug.

The hotel itself was very good, exactly what we were looking for. Great location for sightseeing, plenty of food options close by. The only let down for us was check in. We arrived very late at night after a full day of travelling, to be told we didn’t have a reservation. I showed the woman at reception my confirmation to confirm we did have a reservation, she then found it and told us she didn’t check the right system. We were then told that because they weren’t aware of our reservation that we didn’t have a room ready for us, she did manage to find a room that was ready for us, but after a very long and stressful day this was definitely not what we needed. We were also informed that we didn’t have breakfast on our reservation, which we paid extra for at the time of booking, which was very disappointing.

The room was spotless and loads of room..The bed was huge and very comfortable..The balcony was lovely..Loved every minute of it and the staff were very helpful..The barman was lovely and very polite. I would definitely return to this hotel. 5* from us.

Flott hotell, men ikke et spahotell
Veldig fint hotell med god service. Dette hotellet er IKKE et spahotell! Dette hotellet passer best til barnefamilier enn par. Bassenget er stappfullt med gjester og ikke spesielt varmt ei heller avslappende. Bassenget er fullt opp av barn. Eller var vi veldig godt fornøyd med oppholdet. God frokost, god service. Flott beliggenhet i forhold til gamlebyen og gågata.

An ok stay close to the city.
Hotel in walking distance of city center, local cafe’s and resturants. Kind and helpful staff. Our room looked nice and was spaceious. Complimentary bottles of water at arrival. But with very hard beds and low quality bed linen. Sleeping sofa cover had old stains. Toilet had a continuous smell. But looked clean. The room had a refrigerator placed on the floor. This looked like the once used in restaurants with a lot of lights when plugged in, so had to be turned of if using the sleeping sofa. It also made some noise. This hotel appeared to be very popular by families with kids, and because of local school vacation was full of kids and noise. So for two adults that wanted a relaxing stay was eating in the hotel not a option. Wanted to use the Spa and wellness center at the hotel for a relaxing late evening swim and chill in the jacuzzi, but with 50 people/kids at the same time this would not be a quiet experience. In total it was a ok stay at this hotel and the beautiful city made this worth the stay.

The spa was not a spa but a bathing house. Full with playing kids. No relaxation. Restaurant was too small, Super full and no organization of tables. Better standard in Sweden for that price

The accommodation give you access to the spa swimming pool, the pool was great! We had to make reservation for 1 hour use, once a day. The lady in the reception was rude, when we arrived at the reception desk, instead of checking us in, she started counting money. When we complained about it, she started arguing with us and finally she stop counting the money and checked us in. The location is close to the downtown but it a bit sketchy, specially in the night I would no feel safe waking to go for dinner.

Utmärkt läge. Gångavstånd till de flesta sevärdheter och varuhus. Stora och rena rum. Sköna sängar. Mycket god frukostbuffé där fanns något för alla smaker. Även maten (middag) i restaurangen var vällagad och god. Vänlig och tillmötesgående personal vid frukosten och i restaurangen - Personalen i receptionen var inte så vänlig, aldrig ett leende eller hälsning när man gick förbi receptionen. SPA avdelningen som man hade gratis tillgång till under vistelsen var överbefolkad och hela miljön var stökig och ljudnivån i högsta laget. Ångbastun var ur funktion och den lilla jacuzzin tydligen abonnerad av en familj som låg där under hela den timmen som vi hade tillgång till SPA avdelningen.
