Excellent room size and Very unique room design. Excellent SPA and balcony. Downside is really the lack of fitness room. Affordable Parking with direct access to the Hotel. A some activities around the hotel, including an excellent park for walk or running.

The staff was basically unable to describe the location of the parking. They could not communicate, or apparently understand, north-south-east-west. Nice enough inside. Breakfast was good, but probably overpriced. Bathroom in the room was very dark, and made using the mirror almost impossible.

The toilet stank of urine, the temperature in the room was very high and airco didnt work when turned on. Also the lighting in the bathroom was very insufficient, one lightbulb also out of order.

Luxe kamer ??? Onveilig met trap verhoging in de kamer. Onvoldoende verlichting in de badkamer. Zeer donker, aan de lavabo. Spiegel verblindt ipv verlicht. Geen zicht op de douche producten in de douche alsook aan de lavabo. Je heb zeker een bril/ vergrootglas nodig om het juiste product te vinden. Niet handig. WC was niet proper/ stonk. Positieve: rustig, lekker ontbijt. Goed gelegen naast station.

I love this hotel. In the middle of the shopping area and located directly in front of the trainstation. Love the wellness area which is free of charge.

The girls working the front desk. Were amazing....i arrived very early on an International flight, they did everything they could to get my room ready for a early check in!!!

Excellent location
We enjoyed our stay, hotel comfortable and excellent location. However I would say the room we had was too dark, too much black everywhere, trendy I know. But not good for vision. Also the step in our room was too dangerous going from bed area to bathroom area. I would stay again, but hopefully in a room with less hazards.

Goed hotel met luxe uitstraling
Mooi hotel, sfeervol. Kamer is mooi en modern ingericht, zwart en niet te felle lichten, wat het geheel een luxe uitstraling geeft. Er staat een nespresso apparaat, helaas geen waterkoker om thee te kunnen zetten. Er is een aparte gedeelte met douche, toilet, kast, minibar. Er hingen ook 2 badjassen, te gebruiken bij de spa. Die was ook sfeervol, groot. de inrichting gaf een ontspannen gevoel. Ontbijt was duur, hotel staat in het centrum, dus we hebben buiten ontbeten. Helaas was er geen roomservice en ook niet mogelijk om een kop koffie te drinken in het hotel behalve op de kamer. Wel is er een wijnbar in het hotel. Het hotel staat tegenover het station, dus goed bereikbaar ook met ov. Personeel is vriendelijk.

Het was oké..
De kaarten werkten niet, dus het personeel kwam de deur opendoen als je daarom vroeg. Ze konden er niet aan doen, maar ik vond dat niet zo leuk. Soms ook wel echt wachten tot ze kwamen, waar ze wellicht ook niet aan konden doen. Maar er was ook geen compensatie of een kleine geste (zoals een drankje in de bar was wel leuk geweest) voor deze overlast. Daarnaast kwamen de kamermeisjes ‘s morgens kloppen, terwijl wij eens zonder kinderen weg waren en wilden uitslapen en we die dag zouden uitschenken. De communicatie kon dus beter. Jammer..

Ideaal stadshotel
Het is een echt stadshotel, mooi ingericht wel, strak maar voor mij net iets te koel allemaal. Het hotel heeft ook al afgezien wat duidelijk is in de gangen en op de kamer. Centrale ligging, goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer ook, vlakbij stadskern Genk. De openbare en ondergrondse parking staat niet goed aangeduid, daarvoor hebben we moeten bellen en werden we onmiddellijk vriendelijk geholpen. Behulpzaam personeel ook.

Très bien dans l’ensemble
Très bon séjour. Le personnel parle français. Il y as un service de restaurant qui est je trouve trop chère ansi que le petit déjeuner. La chambre est propre mis à part les toilettes qui dégage une odeur nauséabonde. Il y as très peu de chaînes en français sur la télé. Sinon très bien placé et il y as un parking avec un accès direct ascenseur depuis l’hôtel ce qui est bien pratique.

Tout simplement parfait
Nous avions pris la formule deluxe room + repas 3 services. C etait fabuleux. Une vraie parenthese dans notre bulle grâce au service en chambre. Le petit dejeuner etait aussi delicieux et varié. Le personnel st super efficace et mega professionnel. Ils font beaucoup d efforts pour parler dabs votre langue et d une politesse. Nous avons adoré et souhaitons y retourner asap

The hotel was nice but it was not clean and a lot of things we’re not in a good condition, like the shower. The room looks good but it wasn’t clean. The toilets had a really bad smell and it was not properly clean. One of the coffee glass was still dirty. For a 4 stars hotel I think it’s not acceptable. And I paid for a late checkout, we couldn’t enter our room after 11am (after we went out), but after we went to tell them, they activated the card again. Overall, for the price, it was really disappointing. I’m glad I only stayed one night because personally I wouldn’t stay in there a week.

Drie maal roomservice besteld was twee keer mis! Bestellen een dinner krijgen twee keer voorgerecht en 1 maal hoofdgerecht en 1 maar dessert Koffie opde kamer niet aangevuld geen water op de kamer zoals beloofd enz
