La chica rubia de pelo corto de recepción fue súper amable. De ahí en más todo estuvo “normal”. La cocina desordenada. El WIFI es malísimo, en general no estaba muy limpio, la cama era cómoda, pero de ahí en más todo estándar

This is my third time here. First I chose it because of the location. It’s literally 3 minutes from the train station and from the airport bus stop at Piazza del Principe. Also very close to cruise terminal. Once I tried I liked it. The beds are strong and comfortable with personal light and plugs option. Every room has a bathroom. Not all beds are bunk beds. I was in a room with 4 single beds in now. We can have lots of free stuff, like Americano coffee, free food in the kitchen and toiletries if needed. Also a paid breakfast or take away bag are available. Everything is clean and well managed. The staff is very helpful and kind. The only thing I didn’t like was the loud late party on Friday. Also needs to be aware and be careful as the rooms have 3-4 steps inside. I’m excited to try their other hostels in Italy as well.

The hostel was great! It’s affordable and modern. Very close to the train station. The area is sketchy, so don’t go out at night, and the parking is difficult. The mattress was very hard but other than that everything else was great. Great price for breakfast and a good selection!

Clean, comfortable accomodation right near the bus station and port of Genoa. Staff are very friendly and helpful and facilities are great. The gym could use some work but I didn’t expect one anyway so can’t complain.

My review
The room was great, but the atmosphere between guests overall was a bit mixed, and not a typical happy hostel feeling to the place. The common areas were good but bar service very slow and expensive. The lifts were busy and slow to arrive, so I started getting familiar running down 6 flights of stairs. Only 5 mins walk from station.

Indimenticabile soggiorno a Genova
Esperienza super positiva. Un posto amichevole, staff gentilissimo, adatto anche a famiglie con bambini. Bello e divertente, ottima la possibilità di usare la cucina e la splendida terrazza. Unico piccolo neo l’arredamento della camera leggermente vetusto e le imposte che si chiudevano male, ma sono davvero dettagli. Tornerò e consiglieró a tutti! Dimenticavo, posizione comodissima per esplorare Genova e dintorni.

Ce serait sympa de mettre un frigo dans lequel on pourrait y déposer les aliments que nous n'avons pas consommé à la fin de notre séjour. Ainsi, n'importe qui pourrait en profiter et cela éviterait le gaspillage.

Not a pleasant stay
I have booked a 4 bed dorm but given a weird 3 bed room. Room is designed very weird that you have to climb stairs to get to 2 beds. There is only one airconditioner beside the first bed which is located "downstairs" but if that person staying there closes the curtain (which is obvious for light) then air conditioner is not available at all and trying to sleep in the upper beds are a nightmare because of the heat in the room. (hot air moves up: physics) Shower is super small that you can barely move your hands, the drain was not properly working. Bed is really uncomfortable. They are ultra cheap mattresses that are kind of old. Overall I would never stay in here again. Very disappointing and overrated place.

La chambre occupée était grande, confortable et agréable. L hôtel est bien placé a coté de la gare et proche du centre ville. La salle de petit déjeuner est sympathique. Des fêtes y sont organisées mais on entendait rien dans la chambre. Je conseille cet établissement
