Wonderul Cabin & Thoughtful Hosts

We absolutely love staying at this beautiful log cabin and the Cardmans are just so thoughtful and provide anything you may need! This was our second trip and we hope to be back again!

Charming

Just as posted, beautiful log home with alot of extras. Enjoyed sitting around the fire pit. Lots of room for everyone and the decor was really nice. The location was nice, we went to ride e bikes at Presque Isle.

Great property close to Elk Creek!

Stayed with friends for several days to fish the area creeks for steelhead trout. The house and property were perfect for our group. It was clean and had all the amenities we were looking for and was close to our fishing spots. Will definitely book again!

50th Wedding Anniversary

This place was simply wonderful! The hosts left excellent information for us to go bike riding and relax at the cabin, even left us a gift for our anniversary celebration! Everything we needed was supplied, the cabin was very clean. We absolutely loved our stay!

What a perfect place! Spent a few days for my 67th birthday to hike with our two dogs. The house was perfect! Quiet, comfortable and gorgeous! And the hiking around the area is perfect from Presque Isle to the woods at As it Park and Elk Tree, we travel cross country and this is one of the best VRBO ‘s we have ever stayed at, thank you for sharing this beautiful home!

My family had a perfect stay here! The property was beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals and feel right at home. One of the highlights was the firepit—such a great feature for cozy evenings. The fact that it was pet-friendly was a huge plus for us. Overall, everything was perfect and there were no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend this place!

Great place to get away and relax

The house is perfect for a relaxing stay. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay for a few days. It is in a residential area however there is a lot of privacy. This log home is perfect! We loved it.

Country escape

My husband and I (and our mini Australian shepherd) stayed at the cabin for 2 nights. As it was raining part of our trip, we really enjoyed the large back porch where we could enjoy the outdoors without getting wet. Our dog thoroughly enjoyed zooming around the yard. It was a perfect getaway.

Our stay at the Cardman's log home was simply outstanding. Aside from being immaculately clean and well provisioned, the property is exactly as indicated. Privacy is important with our family and this property provided just that. We have cottages of our own and are very particular with properties we stay at being as described as that is certainly the case with the cozy log home. The owners are extremely helpful and go out of their way to ensure an enjoyable stay. We appreciate the attention to detail and the wonderful hospitality and look forward to future stays. Family approved!

Had a family gathering with kids and the dog. Everyone enjoyed themselves with plenty of room to play and relax outdoors. The cabin home was spacious, private and plenty of room for the family to sleep and relax. The owners were very accommodating. Would highly recommend this cabin home for family and pets. Would rent again!
