Muy céntrico y además silencioso. Amplio.
Nos perdieron las maletas en el aeropuerto, y el personal del hotel, un señor Escocés, hizo de intermediario con el personal responsable telefónicamente, debido a mi comprensión básica del idioma. Nos aconsejaron en todo, nos guiaron, e hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera inmejorable.

Hotel moderno y habitaciones amplias
Hotel moderno cerca del centro de Glasgow. Las habitaciones son apartamentos con mucho espacio, tienen una pequeña cocina muy bien equipada con cafetera de capsulas incluida! Además tiene una zona con sofá, mesa de café y TV. La cama es enorme y muy cómoda. Lo único que puedo comentar como puntos negativos son el hecho de que no tenga parking gratuito (hay un parking junto al hotel pero es de pago, dejar el coche toda la noche cuesta unas 15 libras) y las vistas de nuestra habitación (daban al parking).

Moderno,comfortable, personal amable, solo dos impresiones desafvorables, no ofrecen desayuno y abajo funciona un restaurante hindu que perturba parcialmente con el olor, pero que a decir verdad cesa temprano en la noche.

The staff was extremely helpful and very nice the hotel itself is a little dated but it’s rooms are very big which is nice the area has lots of restaurants and bars around and it’s very walkable to everything but it can be noisy at night with the bars and restaurants being so close by in fact our room was overtop of a bar

Great accommodation. Good walkable location . Would stay again . The only negative was the room above floor boards were noisey and the person staying was obviously trying to get their steps up and had us awake early and all morning walking about . We were room 208 .

I stayed here last night after getting a baby sitter for the first time in 8 months, we looked forward to a good night and relaxing stay but the noise level in the room was horrendous, reception staff just said oh sorry about that , they never actually cared it seemed

I love this hotel, however this time (our third stay) we were on the first floor and the noise from the pubs below was really loud. Also the emptying of the glass bins was horrific and went on all day into the early hours. I know this isn’t the fault of the hotel but next time I stay I’ll make a point of asking for a higher floor. The hotel was, as always, immaculate and the staff were lovely.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the rooms were well equipped, clean and spacious, the staff were very friendly. However we stayed thurs-Sunday and the music was very loud from the bar next door until 3am.

The property was fine however the room noise during the night was terrible between alarms on the street and the constant traffic allowing for zero sleep. It appears after speaking to reception in the morning that the room is renowned for this so perhaps asking for an inside room is required although this info beforehand would have been helpful

The staff were truly amazing. As we traveled overnight from Canada they got us into a room asap after we arrived. Rooms were nice and clean, only thing I can say is hearing the street and pubs if you are not used to it but otherwise we would return in a heartbeat.

Beautiful hotel but disappointing arrival
Beautiful hotel and possible the nicest room I’ve ever stayed in. My only negative with the hotel was I’d communicated we were travelling to Glasgow for a wedding and if possible could we have a early check in, which the replied saying they would aim to prioritise getting the room ready. Great! But once we arrived we were told this wasn’t possible due to maintenance. And after asking if there was somewhere we could get changed and ready the only offer to us was a toilet on the first floor. So no plug to do hair ect. Which after a 3 hour car journey was disappointing.

Great Location in the City
Our apartment was great except located on the first floor at the front and there was a very lively bar next door so not much sleep ! If I was younger I would have been in there ! I mentioned this on checking out and was advised to email ahead next time and request a quieter room. The location of the hotel is great for shopping and restaurants the Barra Market is a short walk away. We also had our Cocker Spaniel with us who was welcomed everywhere.

Disappointed, noisy room
We were given a room that had previously had many complaints about it. The noise from the bar downstairs was unbelievable! Couldn't hear ourselves think never mind talk or sleep! When we went to complain we were told, 'Don't know why they keep booking out this room when everyone complains about it as there's no soundproofing' We had to pack up our room and move at 11pm at night. The bar has live acts on till early in the morning. We were given a better room and a bottle of wine but my question remains Why were we given that room in the first place? The hotel had a tired feel about it, could do with a spruce up. The front reception staff were lovely and listened to our complaint and dealt with it promptly but it shouldn't have needed to be done! If we had arrived back later and there were no staff there what would we have done? They should NOT be renting that room out They should NOT be continuing to deceive people This is not a cheap hotel. My husband treat me for a birthday treat and this really spoiled the weekend. This has left us with a very bad taste in the mouth

Hi Kay. Thank you for your review. I am aware that you were initially checked into an apartment which is above one of the bars, and I am very sorry about this. I believe that you were not in the apartment very long and as soon as you contacted the Reception, we were able to move you. You were then upgraded to one of our Two Bedroom Executive Apartments on the fourth floor. Please note, we do have a 24 hour Reception and there is always someone here to assist our guests. Once again, I am sorry that there were issues with your stay. I will be in touch shortly to discuss your stay in full.
