Buen hotel
Muy buen hotel en surfers Paradise, habitaciones amplias y comodas. Hotel en muy buen estado, el unico punto negativo es que no hacen limpieza para estadias cortas.

Stayed for 7 nights, hotel was in a perfect location, close to the tram line, Caville Ave, beach. The room was amazing on the 14th floor with a beautiful ocean view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again.

We were disappointed in aspects of our stay. We had an overzealous membership sales woman trying to sell us hard like an Amway rep. To the point of us being pestered. The pool was filthy. Cloudy, slimy, milky. We booked this place largely for the pool. There were filthy used dinner plates the past guest put inthe cupboard without washing them. We let the staff know all this and no one seems overly concerned and didn’t offer anything to offset our dismay. The room we had was nice and clean and well appointed which was nice

The apartment was a good size and located right next to a G: tram stop, very convenient for getting around using public transport. The pool and spa were good - note that you need to request pool towels from reception each time. Cons - The room was not as clean as we would have liked. We bought disinfectant wipes to wipe down many of the surfaces, and it still didn't feel great. - The bathroom was in need of maintenance / a refresh with very worn fixtures, filthy grout and no bathroom fan whatsoever. - The complex is part of a timeshare and the staff will try aggressively to get you to attend a sales session - we were pressured on check-in, phoned in our room at 10am the next day and again on my cell phone, and then phoned in the room again a couple of days later. The room was not cheap and this sales pushing really took away from our holiday relaxation.

hotel was nice, clean and close to the beach, the pool is great for kids. the area around the hotel has a lot of closed down businesses and limited places to eat out.

The location was fantastic and the tram stop was less than 1 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment was great. It was clean and modern. It had everything we needed and they provided us with sufficient toiletries for our stay. (eg extra toilet rolls, paper towels, packets laundry detergent, dish washing liquid, tissue). I've stayed at other places and they don't provide you enough. The pool and bbq facilaties were clean and they even provide you with pool towels if you ask them. I was on level 8 facing the ocean view and tram line and my family had no issues with noise level, but for those who are light sleepers you might not like the slight sound of the tram passing by. One final thing, reception is on level 1 and not the ground floor, but there is a lift and so its not a hassle. At check-in, they do try to ask you to attend a time-share presentation on the following day and in return, they will give you some pretty good vouchers for attending. But if you kindly say you're not interested, they are respectful and professional about it and will let you get on with your holiday.

Great location. Clean. Great views. Furniture was a little outdated. TVs needed to be updated to smart TVs. Clothes dryer is dangerous and a fire hazard. Switch doesn’t work. Dryer will continuously run even when timer is up and when the door is open.

Property is great & so convenient to everything & the view of the beach is fab! 1 block from the beach & a light rail station is right over the road, cost $1.20 to get to Pacific Fair. 5-8min walk to Woolworths & loads of restaurant, a BWS (bottle store) 2mins walk away. The Italian restaurant right next door to the property is great, Longboard bugers 1 block away & the Surfers Surf Club 2 blocks away. The staff were fantastic, really friendly & helpful. You can grab a free surf or boogie board from reception. Would definitely stay here again.

The pictures and reviews on Expedia did not reflect our experience. The beds were very low to the ground and saggy, the room was not very clean. The hotel is more run down than pictures represent. The elevators very slow and one of the rooms smelled terrible. The living area was decorated well and the kitchen well appointed but wasn’t very clean. I think our room just got cleaned in a rush? The big reason we didn’t stay were the beds. My FIL would have never been able to get out of them being so low and soft. And the resort pictures were not accurate to what we saw. It is easily on the tram line and very convenient to Cavill Mall which was nice. The Voco across the street has lovely restaurants.
