Escondido del ruido y el ajetreo de la vida cotidiana, hay un escondite tranquilo ubicado a pocas millas de la pintoresca y pequeña aldea de Intercourse, PA. Muchas atracciones del condado de Lancaster están cerca: Kitchen Kettle, Strasburg Railroad, Dutch Wonderland, Amish Quilt Shops, Rockvale y Tanger Outlet Malls, Sight and Sound Millenium Theater, Shady Maple Restaurant / Smorgasboard y otros restaurantes con cocina Amish, paseos en buggy, globo aerostático Paseos

Quaint little studio apartment; very clean and adorably decorated. Kitchen was well-stocked so we could cook breakfast each day before heading out. Fan was responsive to the few questions we had. Highly recommend.

The details of the renovation and upgrades were breathtaking and inviting with giving the space a nice smooth flow. I was able to use every area during my stay. This getaway was a solo one for me to have quiet time to meet with the Lord God in prayer and listening to His voice of instructions for me. Also gave me the space to work on my vision board. I brought my own food and enjoyed using the kitchen to cook my daily meals. Everything needed was supplied. I'm glad I found this place. Owner was very accommodating.

Very clean and nice apartment close to the beautiful Amish countryside. The Hostess was attentive and communicated well. Their coffee shop is adorable where you can get an excellent cup of coffee. My daughter loved the mocha frappes! We enjoyed our stay.

We needed a few days to unwind before meeting up with family for an anniversary gathering for my parents. The Hideaway offered just that and more! Beautifully kept yard offered private gazebo area for morning coffee and afternoon reading space. Thought the Hideaway offers comfortable chairs and couch area for gathering as well. We truly enjoyed our stay!

We loved this property. The kitchen was clean and roomy and had everything we needed. The seating area was very nice and comfortable with plenty of tables for drinks and snacks. The bed was super comfy. I felt like my body just melted into the mattress. I slept so well. The TV was situated so it could be seen from the seating area and the bedroom area. The chairs in the seating area were turned away from it, but the sofa was sitting towards it so it was fine for the two of us. There were PLENTY of towels, washcloths and hand soap in the bathroom. There was even a hand mirror. There were nice thoughtful “extras” everywhere. Everything I seemed to need was there and so convenient. Since we were there in June the BEAUTIFUL flowers were in bloom. The landscape was just lovely and well tended. The family who owned it was so nice and friendly. We enjoyed meeting and talking to them. I wish we had run into each other again I highly recommend this property. You cannot go wrong staying here.

We absolutely loved our stay, the hideaway was clean, beautiful and comfortable. Everything we could have needed was provided and wonderful little extras like the amish friendship bread and delicious coffee! It was a rainey weekend we would have loved to give Riley more attention! We will definatelt be back!

The Hideaway was the perfect place for my boyfriend and I to stay for a short weekend getaway. The property was very clean, fully equipped with everything you could need, and the free coupons to their coffee shop was a great touch! Their golden retriever, Riley, was super friendly and always greeted us with a wagging tail. The Smuckers were great hosts, they responded quickly to messages, and made the check in/out process very easy. We definitely plan to stay again!

This vrbo rental was immaculate. It is well stocked with household essentials and felt like home while staying there. The host was very easy to communicate with for check or if you needed anything during your stay. The two coupons for a beverage at their coffee shop in town was an added bonus. The grounds came equipped with a playground for kids and a gazebo to watch the sunset if you so chose. My wife and I stayed there for our anniversary and hope to stay there again. For those who decide to book this rental, you will not be disappointed.

The Hideway couldn’t have been better, convenient, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and surrounded by beautiful farms. The yard is very welcoming with blooming flowers, and a gazebo to sit outside and relax. Riley the dog greeted us and visited us while sitting outside. Probably not a better place to stay in Lancaster County for a couple! Highly recommended!
