Muy bonito hotel en un vecindario hermoso. Caminar de noche por el puerto fué una experiencia perfecta. El Restaurant muy rico para cenar. Desayuno variado y con vista a los botes! Regresaría con gusto!

Helt ok för en natt. Lite krångel vid incheckning, obemannad reception, men fick hjälp via telefon. Saknades handtvål i badrummet, tyst, skön säng o ok frukost. Nära kommunikation.

Die Lage des Hotels im Stadtteil Eriksberg ist too, direkt am Wasser und dem Fähranleger gelegen. Das war es dann aber schon mit positiven Eindrücken. Für das Geld gibt es in Göteborg deutlich bessere Hotels. Das Zimmer war nicht besonders sauber, die Eingangstür hatte Aufbruchsspuren, Möbel stark abgenutzt, für die Kommunikation bei Fragen/Problemen steht ein Tablet mit Video Call/chat zur Verfügung, welches im Bedarfsfall nicht besetzt ist!!. Das Frühstück ist sehr spartanisch und auf das Nötigste begrenzt, skandinavisch habe ich anders in Erinnerung. Tomaten u. Gurkenliebhaber kommen aber auf ihre Kosten. Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss, Strassenlärm kommt ungefiltert ins Zimmer.

Do not recommend
Check in was terrible. The only marked entrance to the hotel, eith the logo and a sign leading to it, is locked. Check in instructions per mail did not specify the hotel would be unstaffed. Spent 20 minutes outside in 15 minus degrees looking for a way to enter. Finally found the open door on the other side, were met by a checkin machine that didnt accept our recervation number and two closed reception. When finally in our room it was dirty, the tables and desk hadnt been cleaned and had visivle dust and little pieces of trash on them. All the furniture and floors have many stains and marks of wear on them. The bathtub was broken without possibility of opening the drain. The room was FREEZING, we didnt bring pyjamas for a one nighter away and had to sleep fully dressed in our outer wear clothes to get any sleep. We got twin beds despite wanting a double and were never asked our preference for this. Its a pity, because the furniture and design and location could have made it an amazing hotel had it been run properly.

Rum, miljö och frukost var väldigt bra men det var lite tråkigt att hotellrummet inte var färdigt och att vi fick vänta en timme i lobbyn trots att vi anlände efter specificerad incheckningstid.

Väldigt prisvärt hotell med en frukost som absolut är tillräcklig. Missade att dom inte receptionen 24/7 men detta var inga problem utan fick trevlig o bra service via telefon. På återseende 👍

Ingen öppen reception så man behöver läsa på hur man kommer in, gällde flera andra förvirrade gäster. TV:n funkade inte och supporten från Örgryte lyckades inte heller fixa över telefon Avloppet i duschen igensatt så golvet vattenfylldes Ingen is i maskinen Funderade på att åka hem på kvällen en stund Sköna sängar och helt OK frukost till det priset
