“Great location and interesting layout in this historic house. It was the perfect respite for our stay before our puffin tour the next day and close to town for a concert on the common and restaurants. Note : to access one of the bedrooms you need to go through the bathroom, but it worked out fine. Dmitri was super communicative and was kind enough to let us know we left a pair of shoes there after we departed. “We had a great stay at this place. The house is modern with a well-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. There’s a terrific back deck that was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee and relaxing outside in the evenings. Location is good - a short walk to the Old Port but in a nice, more residential neighborhood with plenty of its own good restaurants. It’s also convenient to a lot of great running trails. We’d definitely stay here again. ”

“We could not have been more pleased with our experience. Not only is the home beautiful and cozy, but the attention to detail is beyond any expectations. The entire process was smooth as could be and the property was an excellent base for our visit to the area. Everything was considered - more amenities than you would imagine and also completely top notch. “Memorial Day Weekend, came from Upstate NY to see friends and family. Dont stray too far. Everything you need is with 15 minutes. Must do's Hawkes Lobster and Holbrook's Wharf! House was nice and walking out on dock high and low tide to some of is that have never experienced it is amazing. Much redoect to the men and women that keep the wharf going!”

“Wooded setting is very nice and quiet in a well maintained house. Convenient to Boothbay Harbor, East Boothbay, and Maine Botanical Gardens. A list of nearby hiking trails would be useful. Lots of nearby restaurants. We liked Shannon's Unshelled, Thistle Inn, and Carriage House. Linekin/Burley hike was rugged but very good on Ocean Point Rd.”

“Beautiful Room and View, Jersy the onsite property manager was very attentive and helpful. The room itself was beautiful however the bathroom was extremely small. The room has so much beautiful natural light but could use black out curtains as the sun fills the room in the morning. I had to change dates and the property management group itself was very hard to get a hold of I had to call several times to get a response other than that I would stay here again”
