DESASTROSO. NECESITAN CAMBIAR MUCHO.
NEFASTA. Reservamos un apartamento y nos dieron un ZULO de habitación con armario roto y donde no podíamos andar ni por los laterales de la cama. Presentamos una reclamación ya que en el hotel no quisieron responsabilizarse del error cometido. Te hacen la cama pero ni siquiera te arreglan el baño. Si te has duchado encuentras las toallas tal y como las dejaste y el suelo sucio.

Alquile una habitación doble, no apartarmento, era fría, oscura cristales rotos, sin televisión con los canales correctos ni sintonizados y nada de cobertura para telefono e internet, además el wifi, el cual me dieron contraseña, brillaba por su ausencia, me niego a ir otra vez y ya le he dado dos veces la oportunidad

Bien un aparte súper cómodo grande, bien ubicado, punto para atrás que no hay servicios, solo encontras la mucama cuando limpia y la recepción esta en otro hotel a 130 metros, de cualquier manera relación con el costo ees EXCELENTE

Una hora despues ´check in´salirnos el hotel!
No podemos quedar en el hotel un hora despues check in salinos el hotel y reservado otro porque es horible. Hay manchas de sangre en el sofa, cortinas rotas, frio y generalmente no querido quedanos alli. La chica en recepcion era muy amable y ellos de volver el dinero.

Muy buena. Apartamentos muy amplios y muy bien situados. Muy limpios y con todas las comodidades (aire acondicionado, televisión, frigorifico, cocina, etc. Por poner una pega, los colchones de las camas supletorias no eran del todo cómodos.

Hola, el hotel es muy bueno, las habitaciones son comodas y con todas las facilidades, es un poco enredado llegar a el pero cuando te ubicas, llegas facil, simplemente alrededor estan remodelando un edificio lo que hace q su apariencia sea menor a la que puede tener.

The apartment was tiny, awkwardly shaped, had very little natural light and was overall in a run down state. It was absolutely nothing like the picture shown on Expedia. After we saw it,we decided not to stay at this location. We cancelled, losing the cost of one night accommodation to do so, and found another hotel that was nicer for a similar price.

방도 넓고 거실도 따로 있음. 네명이 사용할 수 있는 공간을 둘이 사용. 매일 청소해줌. 가성비 최고. 미리 예약해야됨. 체크인하는 호텔이 조금 떨어져 있어서 밤에 가면 찾기 힘듬. 직원들 친절한데 영어가 안통ㅅ나는 분이 많음.

Fair for price
Apt was basic, but comfortable and clean enough. Good location, near the center, but not precisely the main attractions. Construction nearby made the place very noisy, especially during the day, no napping possible! Washer was not working at all, which was a disappointment, as part of my booking was to be able to use it. Breakfast, though cheap, was not good at all. Only the bread was ok. Milk, coffee, etc coming out of a coffee (vending) machine, missing silverware, and more. Have breakast elsewhere, there are many restaurants and bakeries around.

Bien situé mais bruyant.
Appartement modeste mais pratique, proche du centre ville, de l'albicin et de l'Alhambra (20min à pied). Gros point négatif : l'insonorisation de l'appartement. La chambre donnant sur une ruelle ou tout résonne très fort. Même côté couloir on entends bien le reste de l'immeuble. Supportable pour 2/3jours maximum.

This place could be very nice if some care was given to the property. It's in a sad, neglected part of town, but not unsafe. And it is quiet at night! There was no one in the hotel to check us in, so we had to walk to another property (about 5 min away) front desk was very helpful. They upgraded us to a much larger room. The wifi worked well as did the AC. My main complaint is that the shower head holder was broken and the blow dryer continually shorted out.

Sehr huebsche und gut gelegene Wohnung. Alles wichtige ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Leider keine Parkplaetze. Die oeffentlichen Parkhaeuser in der Naehe sind sehr teuer (24 Euro/Tag).

nous sommes allé à Grenade pour visiter l'Ahambra et nous sommes pas déçus. l'accueil à l'hôtel était chaleureux et serviable. l'appartement était bien équipé et le ménage etait fait tout les jours. le petit déjeuner etait copieux. l'hôtel est bien situé en plein centre ville.

Good location, despite being a bit hard to find.
The downside is that there is NO reception service at Los Girasolles II. You have to chack in and out at Los Girasolles I (2 minutes walk from Los Girasolles II). It is not a big problem, but anyway is not ideal. The staff at Los Girasolles I were very heplfull and did both check in and out at flash speed.

Excellent location.
in the heart of the old city and wonderfully placed for visiting the Alhambra by foot. Free parking on streets within 500m. Rooms were a little tired but clean and excellent value for money.

My only complaint, would be with the staff understanding when we book a "double" room, it means 2 people. I booked an APARTMENT, but because I indicated "double" they at first put me in a room no bigger than a large closet. I took out the printout, showing the actual apartment..... (with the kitchen area, small living area, with couch, desk....and the seperate bedroom) and went back to the hotel (where you pick the keys up....and by the way.....it is a 2 minute wlk from hotel to apt) and showed the receptionist, that clearly I was put in the WRONG room. Once she saw this, she immediately gave me the Apartment. Now I was happy. She took care of it right away. It even had a washing machine! What a perk that was. I did have to ask the maid to start the washer, as I tried and tried to get it started, but just could not get it to start. When I returned later that day, the load was washed. I would definately book this again. Just make Sure you put in comments you want the Apartment.

Location is relatively far away from the Cathedral area (central area with all the restaurants and shops), about a 20 mins walk to there. Room is big, with one bedroom and a small living room, bathroom is quite big too. However amenities are generally old and are not very clean. Staffs are generally friendly and helpful. With the low price, I think it's generally good value.

Great for our needs
We stayed 2 nights and the location could not have been better. Right in the middle of the old city center and everything within an easy walking distance. Hotel temperature was very cold. Rooms and the lobby were very cold. The amenities were fine for our limited stay and the breakfast was okay. If you are driving to this hotel you must have a GPS or you will never find it.

Nice, but not 3 stars
The hotel is ok, but I didnt like that I paid for a 3 star hotel, and when we arrived we realized that is only 2 stars and the parking wasnt included. The people that work there is very friendly.
