Impresionante y espacioso, actualizado condominio de 2 dormitorios

Encantador y amplio condominio con 2 dormitorios y un baño, recientemente remodelado. Para los meses de invierno, apreciará la chimenea. Esta unidad cuenta con estacionamiento en la puerta principal. Tiene entrada privada y se encuentra en el segundo piso. El condominio tiene un concepto abierto de sala / comedor / cocina, y tiene el ambiente de una chimenea de leña. Un televisor de 54 pulgadas incluye reproductor de DVD, TV por cable y Roku también. Los televisores también se encuentran en cada una de las dos habitaciones.

Está ubicado a cuadras de la autopista 281, cerca de centros comerciales / centros comerciales cercanos, hospitales, consultorios médicos, escuelas, aeropuertos y restaurantes. También está a solo minutos de nuestra encantadora zona del centro, que cuenta con muchas boutiques, restaurantes, bares y nuestro histórico cine Grand. Conveniente también para los terrenos de la Feria Estatal, Husker Harvest Days y para el Centro de Naturaleza y Visitantes de Crane Trust.

Definitely a home away from home while in Grand Island for a sporting event. Close to shopping for essentials that cropped up during the week and a myriad of food options. It was so nice to relax on a couch or eat take home at a table at the end of a busy day. And the quiet…to have down time in peace and quiet was restorative. Do note that this is a condo and everyone in your party should be able to climb a set of stairs. Neighbors were friendly and neighborhood safe. Host was easy to communicate with and just a lovely person. We will definitely check availability for this property when back in the area.

We had a wonderful stay and the owner was super friendly and responsive to any and all questions to include making sure that I had my favorite type of coffee on hand. We also very much liked the area and local amenities near our location.

The host was very gracious and accommodating. We have stayed here before and always enjoy staying in her home, which is decorated beautifully and spotlessly clean. We would recommend her to anyone.

We just needed a place to sleep while attending the National Jr Hereford Expo at the State Fairgrounds. The communication with the property manager was excellent and we have no complaints. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a bathtub although it was not listed on the amenities.

We stayed here durning the Angus junior national. Place was immaculate. Very nice property. The hostess was very accommodating. If you are showing cattle, it’s nice to have a comfortable plane where you can cook some of your meals and relax a little. I highly recommend

We really enjoyed this sweet condo for 3 nights! As soon as we walked up the stairs, I felt happy, relaxed and comfortable. Spotlessly clean, very nice furnishings, great instructions from the sweet lady who owns this little jewel. Everything we needed was available and more. Next time we come to Grand Island, we definitely would stay here again. Cinny, Thank you for sharing your place with us

Finding the right condo was slightly challenging. The condo # is different than the address. Although the address is correct I could not find the condo number in the listing, which made finding it a bit difficult to make sure it was the right one.
