Service is not the best
The hotel is comfortable and clean, understaffed same person serves as frontdesk and restaurant cashier, service is not bad, but it is not good either. My reservation was for 5 days with breakfast included and they charged me for breakfast, also housekeeping will not clean the room everyday even if you want it to be cleaned and the frontdesk answer is there is no one to do it very weird not customer centric, would recommend if there is no other choice, but would avoid if possible.

Wonderful property
Very friendly staff at this hotel! We loved the modernness of the hotel and the way breakfast was handled (pay a little more and order off set menu) Fresh and hot! We will be back

Not sure if this property is new, but it looks new. I traveled for 15 years and always tried to stay at Holiday Inn, why, because I like them. This Holiday Inn was the best! Clean place, friendly staff, and awesome coffee. Keep up the great work and place, thank you.

This was a very well run hotel. The entire thing was well cleaned every day. Staff was amazing and fun to talk to. Rooms were actually comfy to stay in.

Outlets in room and shower I didn’t like the breakfast. Very weird set up. Clunky, coffee was out. Had to ask for hot water, utensils and such. The second morning went to breakfast restaurant. Same cost but hot water was plentiful

It was a clean and staff was excellent . The only take back was the smoke alarm went off on our day 1 in the evening , it was a false alarm. The second day it went off again at 6:30 am approxmately it broke my self and could not fall back to sleep. Sleep is very important to me so I was very disappointed .

Squeaky clean hotel and nice safe location
This hotel is in a nice area. It is extremally clean and looks brand new. The open floor as you walk in is very welcoming as if going into a sit down restaurant. You can get your breakfast cooked to order. I appreciate the inexpensive washer and dryer. I can't express how impressed I was with the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The sheets were so soft and the pillow options were squishy soft to a med firm. Thank you for that! The staff in morning and evening were so friendly and accommodating to the little details of our stay. This hotel location has a heart and stars next to it so I remember this is a perfect hotel to stay at when in the area. Great job Holiday Inn- setting the best quality standards for other hotels to follow.
