I love this hotel. The hotel is in a quiet residential area and a converted apartment building. It was experiencing real life in Graz, in a fabulous modern apartment full of exciting artworks. The unit was immaculately kept, and all amenities were of luxury quality. The staff, both at night and in the morning, were friendly and helpful. Every corner of the hotel has witty, fantastic design elements that will delight you. We did not get to try them, but all the amenities, like the pool and conference rooms, look nice, clean, and well-equipped. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Graz, especially those who plan to stay for a while; 'Stay Artful'.

This is a wonderful hotel, very modern, clean with very friendly malt staff with a lovely pool m, sauna and relaxation area with water and fruit Great you can hire bikes quite cheaply from the hotel which is a great way to explore Graz which is a beautiful city.

Ruhig, praktisch, familiär, top
Die Gegend ist nicht besonders schön, aber für einen Kurzurlaub in Graz sehr praktisch und ruhig. Nahe am Jakominiplatz, man kann sogar von der Innenstadt an der Mur direkt bis zur Augartenbrücke gehen. Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Straße günstig. Wir waren im Appartment und es hat alles bestens gepasst. Leider keine Zeit für den Wellnessbereich. Frühstück sehr gut. Sehr gerne wieder

Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Room was the most comfortable of our 40 day European trip. Amenities stellar, location just a short walk to City Center and well connected with tram lines. A big plus, we got a fabulous room for under $100 per night!

Unglaublich zuvorkommende Bedienung an der Rezeption, Reinigung, Frühstück und Wellnessbereich! TOP! Man hat sich immer, egal zu welcher Tageszeit, willkommen gefühlt. Das interessante und abwechslungsreiche Interieur mit div. Kunstexemplaren hat sein übriges getan! Zimmergrösse mit Balkon hat Platz zum Bewegen mit Hund gegeben. Es war ein schöner Kurzurlaub mit Wiederholungscharakter!

Loved art, service, vanity kit, slippers and robe being available. Very comfortable bedding and pillows. Breakfast was great. Overall, 5 stars. One thing that was missing is USB port to charge phones that is present in newer hotels. I didn't have my converter that night, so was hoping to charge directly from USB port. Fortunately, stuff allowed me to borrow their converter.

Gute Wahl in Graz
Eine schöne und ruhige Unterkunft mit großen Zimmern, es gab sogar einen Balkon. Das Bad ist modern und gut, das Bett bequem. Was mir fehlt ist eine kleine Tee/Kaffeestation auf dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist gut und toppt den Genuss mit den dortigen fröhlichen und sehr netten Mitarbeitern! Es gibt einen kleinen Fitnessbereich, der sehr sauber und gepflegt ist.

The hotel is filled with bright art and has a small fitness centre and a nice sauna, pool and outdoor lounging area. Breakfast items were thoughtful on the buffet with eggs always made fresh. Every single staff in every role was very helpful for all asks including making sure I had a taxi at 445am. It was about a 10 minute walk to the conference and central areas of Graz. Definitely recommend.

Besonders gefallen hat mir das Personal am Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr freundlich, emsig und zuvorkommend.

det eneste vi har at sætte på hotellet er badeværelset. det er pænt og rent, men gulvet og brusekabinen er utroligt glat. jeg faldt den første dag og slog mig ret kraftigt på begge arme, mit knæ og hoved

Very nice hotel
Nice hotel, excellent breakfast. Could do with coffee facilities (Nespresso machine or similar) in the room but otherwise no complaints
