Excelente experiencia, lo único malo para la gente que como nosotros , viaja en octubre, no tienen o no quieren prender la calefacción de alberca en común y en nuestro caso tampoco nuestra alberca privada, de ahí en fuera un hotel digno de volver !

Estadía agridulce
Nos fue muy bien , tuvimos un percance con moscas en el cuarto y mandaron a fumigar. El problema mayor fue que ese veneno le hizo daño a mi esposa y le molestó la garganta y pulmones. Se fue a la recepcion y se preguntó si tenían enfermería, ellos dijeron que llamarían al doctor . Efectivamente él llegó realizó su chequeo y o sorpresa. 150 euros la cuenta . No estoy diciendo que él no allá hecho su trabajo , pero el hotel debió informar que tenía un costo adicional , como todo lo que anuncian que tenga costo adicional

El hotel es muy bonito ......
Pero las suite que tenía no valía ni la mitad de su precio.despues de 2 días cambie de hotel. Me fui a el blu hotel tenía Villa ms baratas y muchos más bonita con piscina y vista,con un personel spectacular

Utopia was absolutely amazing! The only thing better than the view, food, and ambience was the staff. They were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The evening manager, Petros was extremely helpful & made our stay perfect.

Beautiful hotel in Elia with an amazing view over the beach. Staff are very friendly and the food was top class. Second time we have visited in two years and will likely try to get back in the near future.

Stayed in room 604 The staff been very helpful, well mannered , friendly yet very professional. I will put the hotel staff as a leading hotel or four seasons without any exaggeration . Shout out for the lady who checked me in , helped me through all the stay with a charming smile always . Felt at home away from home , she even provided medicine at my last day due a cold I had . A great staff is what makes the deferent . Shout out for the duty manager , such a professional guy and gentleman. Most likely I’ll stay there again if I wanted to stay around Elia beach . Already recommended to my friends who asked about the hotels I stayed in through my visit .

From the moment we where contacted by the hotel to organise our collection to the airport to the drop off the whole experience was a delight. Every smiling and helpful member of staff went above and Beyond for a really lovely experience. The location is 30 min from the town , so if you are happy to stay close to the beach or complex then it’s perfect . A large selection of restaurants all with great food ( especially the royal Greek!!) really a 10/10 - thanks to everyone especially Eva

Utopia Hotel is one of the nicest place I have ever been too. The staff is so friendly and the manager is one of the best I have seen. I would highly recommend staying there and I promise you won't be disappointed!!

Top Hotel/Resort on the Island, Top class........
I've travelled to some of the very best spots in the world and this is up there with the best hotels I have stayed in, the property was absolutely immaculate, the staff were super freindly, attentive and there whenever you needed them - the manager Kostas is running a absolutely top class facility and is faultlessly run! This is the best hotel/resort on the island by far.........

C'est un super bel hôtel luxueux, emplacement en hauteur avec accès à une plage privée. Le personnel et le service sont exceptionnels. La nourriture est également excellente. Nous avons passé 3 jours et y retournerons assurément.

Wasn’t a fan- vibe was stuffy. Manager was really nice and they upgraded us because we had just gotten engaged. food wasnt the best besides the Greek gyro. Pool floor is a funky color which makes the pool look dirty. Super high up on a hill. We just weren’t fans of the place. Pretty view from the infinity pool
