It was perfect. The room is small but I knew it before to go. It’s perfect location. They provide transportation between the airport and Hotel and also they have a person to help with your baggage in the stairs. My check out was really early and they leave me the breakfast in my room. It was really nice.

Un magico lugar!
Una experiencia increíble, el unico punto a resaltar, seria que no es adecuado para personas adultas, ni niños, hay alrededor de 200 escalones para bajar y llegar, y para subir a la calle principal, fuera de eso, es una belleza el lugar, magico y romántico.

Mala relación precio calidad. Para acceder al hotel hay mas de 12O escalones, muy complicado si tienes equipaje o no estas en condiciones fisicas acordes. Nuestro departamento era de 2 habitaciones con un solo baño, unas de habitaciones habia hormigas, (la administración del hotel dice porque dejamos comida y no es cierto). Nos cobraron 0.50 centavos de Euro por hoja para imprimir un voucher. El desayuno frente a una minúscula pileta es al aire libre sin protección del sol lo cual resulta molesto, hay también una opción de desayunar en una zona tipo cueva muy calurosa ya que hay equipos de aire acondicionado que tiran calor debajo de la mesa!!! No volveré a este hotel por el trato del personal, lo innacesible del lugar y el costo que ciertamente no lo vale. Pague de propinas 40 euros a los pobres empleados del hotel que debieron cargar con todos el equipaje en un trabajo inhumano tanto en la llegada como al irnos ya que es imposible llevar por cuenta propia el equipaje.

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us , but for sure we are not as bad as you want to show to all other people .Please read the hundreds of reviews we have and you will realize that we are a Hotel with reasonable prices at one of the best areas in Oia and Santorini with high quality services . In addition , you have mentioned that our Staff was disrespectful to you and then you say that you tipped them because they helped you with your luggage ? Again we are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us , because that is not our goal.Our goal is that all guests enjoy their stay with us and leave with the best of impressions . At least you are not complaining for the complimetnary transfers we offered you.Probably because you did not pay for them . It is your right to write whatever you want and not wanting to come back to the Hotel again , but we feel that it is time for you to stop that .

Lo mejor del hotel es su emplazamiento en un lugar desde el cual se alcanzan impresionantes vistas del atardecer. No es un hotel recomendable para personas con dificultades para desplazarse porque hay que atravesar un largo trecho de escaleras para acceder a él. En general los servicios son apenas algo más que modestos (sólo se destaca la amabilidad del personal). Por esa razón, la relación precio/calidad no es consistente.

Dear Sergio , If the only thing that you noticed during your stay with us is the friendliness of the Staff , then you most probablly did not use any other service that we offer our Guests , such as the Complimentary Transfer Service or our Porter Service , which is also free of charge . If you had used those services , then you would think again before you mention in your review that the Value for money is not consistnet .Also you did not have the time to check out our services , as you only stayed for one night , not to say a few hours . Perhaps you give us the chance in the future , to exceed your expectations .

Hotel perfecto en Santorini
Uno de los mejores hoteles que haya visitado. Tiene la mejor vista de todo Santorini, la ubicacion en Oia es la mejor. La habitación muy linda, espaciosa, cama cómoda, baño espacioso y lindo, la vista de la terraza es más que perfecta. El desayuno delicioso y el staff es tan amable y servicial. De verdad no me quedaría en otro hotel en Santorini, este es perfecto. Uno de los highlights del viaje.

This lovely hotel is in a convenient location approx 10 mins walk away from Oia town centre. There is also a small mini market 5 mins walk away. Lots of steep steps around this hotel in order to go into town centre. We used the porter service the hotel kindly provided to help carry our suitcases during check in & check out. This service is really useful otherwise it would have been difficult to find this hotel on our own. Breakfast is lovely, good variety of options for vegetarians as well. Pool was nice, it is not heated so would recommend choosing one of their rooms with hot tub. Overall this place is kept very clean and the staff are kind and helpful.

Customer service was inadequate. There was no help with luggage during check in or out. We were assured there would be someone to help with out luggage during our check out due to mobility issues and limited physical capability. We waited until 3:50am and our ride to the airport was supposed to pick us at 4am. The front desk staff did not understand us, we tried to clarify that we needed help with our luggage multiple times and the receptionist assured us someone would be there to help us carry our bags but no one showed up at the time we requested there was a very big communication barrier. We will not be staying here in the future.

Credit Card Fraud
Only after a few hours after checking into the hotel and having our credit card scanned our card was compromised. Even though we had our room paid in full before arrival, they took copies of our passports and credit card. After speaking to the front desk about it, we were told it's not there problem. We explained that the card was ONLY used at their hotel. Again...not there problem. At breakfast the next morning we found 4 more people with the same issue. Again the hotel said it's not our problem. Luckily our credit card company caught it, but it created a huge problem for the remainer of our holiday. BEWARE!!!!!

We are really sorry to hear that you were hacked.But please it is not right to blame us for everything that might happen to you . You should be more careful of where you use your credit card . All payments made by Oia Mare Villas mention Oia Mare Villas on your bank statement In case you see another company that charged you without your permission , you should contact them and not blame the hotel .Please be sure of what you say, before you accuse someone for hacking and stealing , as this might cause you legal damage, in case you cannot prove what you are assuming .

The reviews for this property were very mixed so I wasn't sure what to expect -- but Oia Mare Villas was perfection! The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful ocean view and private outdoor jacuzzi. The hotel staff were helpful and informative, helping coordinate transfers from the airport and to the port as well as provide and arrange excursions for us. The steps up and down Oia to the property are not for those who are not steady on 2 foot unassisted. My mom (in her 60s) has a bad knee and had trouble with them. We just took our time. The hotel staff will meet you at the top of town to take your bags down for you. Make sure to tip them well! It was very busy in Oia starting around 10am, but that was expected. We enjoyed the sunset from the hotel property two of the three nights we were there, and the crowds that gather at the top of Oia are many. It's quite the experience. I can't wait to return!

This property IS AMAZING!! It had a lot of stairs and was tiring at times, but so worth it! Our room was perfect - we enjoyed the private space to watch the sunset. The view was STUNNING!! So beautiful! The front desk gentleman (first initial A) was so sweet! Super friendly and helpful. The porter(s) were A hose d! We had a gentleman the first day who was fantastic and then on our last day we had the same man and another man who might have been the groundskeeper of the hotel (we saw him do everything on the property - watering plants, sweeping, cleaning the pool - even helping us find our room the first day!) also helped. He carried our luggage UP all of the stairs. These were heavy! I was so impressed and so grateful for their help. This place was wonderful - totally recommend it! I hope to stay at Oia Mare Villas again. Just a lovely place with such wonderful hotel staff!

I am not sure where should I start with this property. This is the only property where we had the worst experience and also this was the one of the expensive properties we booked it for our trip. Let’s start with the good things 1. View is 10 out of 10 and they do have private deck to see the sunset 2. House keeping staff is superb Now coming to our worst experience we had 1. Room reservation is a full scam and they will show you 56 photos for the room type and they will try to give the worst room you can imagine. The reservation manager who looks after the reservations is so rude and has zero etiquette to speak to the customer. My suggestion is to not to expect the room you looked in the pictures as it all depends on the reservation manager’s mood to allocate the room. We had a lot of arguments on the room with the reservation team and Expedia and finally we got the expected room the next day 2. Their breakfast is so bad. If your chef doesn’t know how to make the basic croissants then you should definitely start looking at your stars which you are very proud of 3. Reception girl who did our onboarding don’t know the name - She is the 2nd rude person I met from this property. She has zero experience is talking to handle the customer and she also started scolding the house keeping staff in local language as the staff was just trying to help the customer In summary. Worst customer experience and bad service

Outside of helping with luggage and organizing things . The suite jacuzzi was not cleaned until I complained Dirty bag of towels were left in the patio suite area Not very accommodating on many fronts Had ants in the suite / they obviously didn’t do one more ck before we arrived Suits itself was conveniently close to shops not convenient to main building - look at other options first

Absolutely beautiful view and room. Location to die for and the private platform to view the sunset was totally worth it. Room was massive and the spa excellent.

The suite itself is really beautiful. There were 4 of us and our teenage daughter was thrilled to have her own suite upstairs. It was an interesting layout, the upstairs suite is actually a separate outside entrance. Felt like we got a good taste of Oia by staying here. It’s not private at all. We never even used the hot tub because there’s always tons of people standing right there and restaurants overlooking, etc, I even felt weird walking upstairs outside in my pajamas to check on my daughter in her suite with so many people watching me. Also, it says you have access to hotel facilities, but it’s pretty far and strenuous to get there-you can’t just pop over. We tried to watch the sunset there one night (after a very crowded, and hot walk to get there, and lots of trouble finding it. It was small and we left early—just one other couple there and just wasn’t very comfortable—nowhere to sit, Overall, suite itself very nice, and a lot of the issues are just what it’s like to stay in Oia—crowded, strenuous walks, etc.

Fantastic hotel! It is in the middle of Oia right in the cliff with picturesque view. Also very close to the Oia castle with an amazing view of sunset and sunrise views.

Helpful staff
Nice views. You need to go down several stairs to get to the property. This is not a property for older folks or little kids. Breakfast is included. No restaurant, but limited menu items during the day. They had porters for help with the luggage which is a must.
