Bait and switch. Two months prior to our stay, we reserved a Jacuzzi room, which was the sole reason we chose this hotel. When we entered our room, there was no jacuzzi. The attendant informed us that their jacuzzi rooms don't work anymore. However, no one had contacted us or messaged us. We definitely would have canceled and booked a different hotel if we had known, but since it was late in the evening, we had no other good option but to stay at this hotel. They didn't even give us a good rate, and the Expedia representative we contacted wasn't much help. The room was tolerable. The sheets seemed mostly clean but had some long dark hairs on them (guessing from the maids). The heating unit made odd sounds and there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling where the exhaust fan used to be. The shower water didn't get hot, just warm, and the bathroom light flickered in a way that made me just want to get out bathroom. Particularly disturbing was that the external doors (which signs said required a room key to enter), were not functioning and the doors remained unlocked all the time.

pouring rain didn't see much of property, given 2 keys neither worked ,returned to front desk to ask to be given 2 new keys that worked, I was asked if I knew how to work keys...really?? I asked are you asking if I am stupid and don't know how to open a hotel door with key, the attendent asked if he could try, whatever you want, he tried both they didn't work, surprise ..surprise , no apologies he just said he would go get us us new ones....next time if customer says key doesn't work just apologize and reprogram the first time!!!

Curtains torn, only one chair, leak in tub drainage, room phone didn’t work (told staff at front desk, didn’t seem to care), room keys worked intermittently ( reported, front desk staff didn’t care). Breakfast adequate.

Just off the freeway. Nothing terrible, just an older area and the side door isn’t locked from the outside so it feels a little unsafe.

Price was great. Lobby from outside looks a bit sus, but really clean and comfy inside. Great price. Nice pool and sauna! Good breakfast too.

Room was spacious and had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. The pool area was nice, but there was a large rotting spot in the wood on the ceiling, leaking drops into the pool.

Poor experience
The pools was freezing. The whole stay was for my kiddo to have a pool party for her tenth bday. I called ahead of time, inquired about the indoor heated pool and was given a green light. It was freezing cold, they turned the heat up but it didn't work until the next a.m. huge disappointment for my family.

Booked thinking it was going to be half decent for a quick night stay but must say the following 1/ halls had dirt and haven’t been vacuumed in a while 2/ bedroom bed was horrible and could feel the springs 3/ could hear through the paper thin walls and people in next room talking until midnight 4/ kid screaming in hall at 11pm 5/ bathroom shower continued leaking and dripping 6/ fridge doors broken on freezer 7/ bed pillows and blanket are horrible 8/ way too much money for what they charge Good - still trying to find a positive thing! Hoping the breakfast is something positive!

Everything was functional and safe. I chose this hotel because I had stayed there years ago, and because it was significantly cheaper than other nearby. Nothing super fancy here, but perfect for a quick trip.
