Would stay again

Overall it was great. Lots of space. I do think the cleaning fee is a bit high for what we had to do. We were asked to remove all the trash, strip all the beds of linen, and clean and put away any dishes. Location was perfect. Oh and the mattresses peobably could be changed. The one in the master is actually tilting towardd the head board on one side.

Great Spot

Really cool house. Modern and spacious enough for our group of 8. The young adults loved the pool and ping pong table. The parents loved being able to walk to coffee, restaurants, and the beach. We all loved the rooftop with the firepit and amazing ocean and sunset views. Grover Beach is a great spot! Not overrun with tourists like Pismo.

Family Get Together

The space upstairs was perfect for a family gathering. The kitchen, dining and living room are all one big area so we could all fit comfortably to eat, talk and relax. It was nice to have a two car garage to park our cars. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the freeway with shopping and restaurants nearby. The weather was too cool to use the roof patio but that would have been another nice big area for our family to use. Since there are steep stairs going to roof and also second floor gathering areas, little children (and older adults) need to be watched well. Would have liked to have an enclosed yard for kids to run around in, but otherwise the property is well kept and stocked with towels and appliances. We had a wonderful time there and it was the perfect location for us to meet. Most of us were from Southern California and two were from Northern California so Grover Beach was halfway drive for both parties. Thank you for opening up your property to stay in!

Nice beach house

Nice clean place to stay by Grover Beach. Fun to do atv’s but the town is small. Mattresses a bit hard and all queens or smaller. Kitchen well stocked!

Great Girls Weekend!

Five ladies had a great time staying in this house. Very clean and every cooking necessity was available. The rooftop with fire pit was fantastic. Our only suggestion is to upgrade the window coverings to blackout shades or curtains. Otherwise it was perfect! Short walk to wine tasting at Monarch Grove Winery and the beach. Thanks so much!

House was great and comfortable. The cleaning crew could pay more attention to details. Around fire pit food left on ground. Coffee pot still had grounds. Bowl on table dirty. Upstairs shower had soap on floor. Step stool in kitchen does not look like it has ever been wiped down.

Not worth the money

The property is new and clean from the outside however we found clumps of hair in the pantry, the furniture is very outdated couches have cheap covers on them, no cleaning supplies to use. We stayed there for 7 days and there was nothing for us to use to clean the house like mops or brooms. Limited supply of toilet paper 1 to each bathroom. The neighbor next door was constantly looking at everything we were doing. The owner kept texting me to take out the trash a day after arriving.

Family beach vacation

Pretty upset that we found drugs lying around when we have small children that were part of our group. We communicated that to the property manager contact with no response. Location was decently close to amenities still but a drive to the beach- not super walkable. Bedrooms downstairs were quite small but the upstairs suite was huge. One other small thing was that there was only one open roll of paper towels out for use in kitchen. Due to staying for 4 days we needed to buy our own along with other kitchen essentials to use the rest of our stay so the kitchen could be better stocked.

Wonderful time at a great place

The location is great; we enjoyed walking on the beach every day. The property has everything needed. We spent a relaxing week reconnecting with family in the spacious living room and kitchen and in the surrounding area.
