This property was horrible, the water wouldn't get hot after being moved TWICE and I broke out in hives from seemed to be bed bugs.

Never again!
The hotel was not at all as advertised on hotel.com. Do not trust the photos! The hotel was located quite far from the city centre. It was quite run down and old. It is in dire
need of a major renovation. Carpet was moldy. Washroom was not clean. It was definitely not a family friendly hotel. The breakfast was horrible. All in all a total disappointment. It was not up to a 4 stars hotel standards.
The hotel is far from MTR STATION. Although with good areas, the room has a terrible smoking smell. There's no staffs speaking English. Without previous notice, the hotel changed the breakfast from a buffet to a brief menu, without western options.
