Estuve apunto de pedir reembolso porque el cuarto que me dieron primero estaba lleno de cucarachas vivas y muertas, pecadas en pared y piso. Al final me quede porque una de las personas quebtrabajan haciendo la limpieza hablo con la encargada que fue una persona terrible en su trato conmigo, y me dieron un cuarto mas desente. Y ya era muy tarde y solo tenia tiempo para descansar un par de horas

Primero lo bueno, precio accesible, buen lugar para familias en mi caso me fue difícil encontrar hotel que me permitiera 5 personas en un cuarto (2 adultos y 3 niños) este lugar ofrece dormitorios con 3 camas queen y hasta 6 personas en estos cuartos. El joven de recepción fue amable y atento siempre. Lo malo la falta de limpieza, el dormitorio en general se ve sucio (luces, espejos, paredes, baseboard) pero eso no es lo peor el baño todo incluido (toilet, shower and sink) estaban sucios, yo los limpie un poco con toallitas desinfectantes y quedaron literalmente negras, fui a recepción y pregunte por guantes, clorox y toallas para limpiar yo misma, el joven me facilito lo que pedi e inspecciono el dormitorio. Fuera de eso el lugar esta en buen punto cerca de freeway y el aeropuerto de Ontario.

Au bord de l'autoroute, très bruyant. La chambre en partie rénovée : la porte ne fermait pas complètement donc peu sécurisant malgré les infos données par le réceptionniste. Le siège des toilettes devait daté du siècle dernier car il avait été repeint (bricolage). La propreté était acceptable. Conclusion : bien pour une seule nuit.

This is absolutely my wors experience with anyt hotel staff/check in thru my entire life!- This hotel's staff - included the management, don't know the basic: communication, normal business customer approaching, after you paid the full asking price they want additionally charge you for some kind refundable insurance, absolutely wasting a time and money with this fully unadequate and have no the minimum professional hotel standards... also, Expedia and all other online hotels/motels rooms providers, should/must much more professionally checking and guaranted the standard service hotel's capabilties of each own advertised these room providers - for me, they are also highly responsible for offering this unprofessional and more than poor hotel-s service ( I would like rate this hotel with one clear 0 or negative star!!! Never ever going in this hotel, and in the future don't choose Expedia and all other online providers which advertising this bad type of hotel's services...

The only plus to this place was the price and it was a good size room. Other than that, it's a dump. The king size bed was broken and I used a pillow to sleep on top of. Roaches were in the sink and refrigerator. The TV remote had been stolen. Stay away.

Staff was really friendly and helpful, but the room condition...left a lot to be desired. I know the housekeeper tries her best, but the rooms have stains *everywhere*. The chair had stains of white...and I won't go into what that means. Almost every towel they gave me had black stains on it. Honestly the management really needs to invest money in replacing the linen. There were also the occasional roaches as well, and absolutely no sign of traps anywhere.

I felt extremely unsafe throughout the experience. I arrived to the motel and I noticed the area around it had many people drinking, passed out in cars, and smoking. I have four kids and felt uncomfortable staying there. I arrived at my room with my door open as it had just been cleaned. The walls were dirty, had holes in them, and the fire alarm was missing. Along with that the door would not close or lock. In order for it to close we had to pull up and push hard. When it closed the lock didn’t work. I felt unsafe staying in there without the lock. We tried talking to the staff (only one person was there) about it and they said that as long as the door closed it was safe. We asked for our money back but he said that his manager was out of town and he couldn’t do anything about the situation. He then proceeded to say his manager would be back at night and that we could leave. They would “try their best” in order to get our money back but all that we could do was leave without a guarantee that we would get our money back. Overall the experience was terrible and unsafe.

The manager knows that the does not lock in or out still he checked me in. There is whole in the wall. One of the bed was broken. The room was too dirty. The comforters were worn out.

I've seen a roach in every room that I've been in at this place .... The skinny gentleman in the morning is incompetent... No one's ever there to assist in the morning .... And the same person in the morning stares at kids... Acts like a creep ... The works are the best ,they go above and beyond there work title ...

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS
I’ve been traveling for work for 16 years now. Different continents, countries, states and cities, this BY FAR the MOST ABSOLUTE WORST place I have ever stayed in my life. The service subpar, the room infested with gnats, fixtures being held together with paper stuffed between it and the wall, dirty towels supplied, rock hard bed, not knowing what the stains on the walls were, blood, mucus, or otherwise. This entire building needs to be condemned. I work nights, in the middle of sleeping my door knocks and I’m told I have to move rooms because the night clerk put me in the wrong one I asked if it could wait a couple hours because of my work schedule and was told it wasn’t the attendee’s problem. I was moved one room over….EXACT same set up. There was NO reason I had to be moved. I hope for anyone reading this you spend the few extra dollars and stay somewhere else. I have never been so disgusted with an accommodation as I have this one.
