Dear Linda Thanks for your review. I spoke to the HOA they just changed and replace furnitures. The walking distance to beach is 1.5 block (400 ft./5 minutes walk) if you take the side gate which has shorter access to the beach. The townhouse is1400sq ft and has an open floor concept. The living room comes with sitting group of one couch and one love seat as is seen in the pictures. I sorry you could not find the beach towels. They are in the first floor bathroom drawers. I hope we can serve you again in the future.
