Espacio mal repartido
El espacio de la habitación estaba muy mal repartido. 5 metros cuadrados de pasillo para llegar a un dormitorio donde apenas cabía la cama.

Hotel práctico y bien situado. Mi única queja es que en ningún momento hoteles.com te informa de los 5€/persona/dia de tasa turistica, creo que por lo elevado del importe debería informarse de ello.

Muy sorprendido con el hotel, todo muy limpio, personal muy amable, muy cuidado. El sistema de wifi individual por habitación, y que cuenten con chromecast para conectar tu movil/tablet a la tele, fantástica idea.

It's a really nice hotel, the city center is just crossing the street. Rooms are provided with the latest technology (Chromecast, soundbar...), air conditioning (heat/cold) and cable TV (with all Dutch channels, but also all terrestrial channels from the BBC, ITV, RAI, ARD, ZDF and some international channels as TVE INT, 24h TVE, BBC World News, CNN Int., etc).

The hotel was absolutely lovely! We were warmly welcomed by the people who work there. They answered all of our questions about Haarlem. The rooms were very clean and cheerful as was the rest of the hotel. It just had a very nice, warm, clean vibe about it. I also liked the location as we could venture out to different parts of the town and easily find our way back. We were also able to walk to and from the train station. It’s a 10 minute train ride to the beach and a 20 minute train ride to Amsterdam city center. Very convenient!

Das Hotel ist modern und schön eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und alles ist sauber. Leider kann man kein Fenster öffnen, das sollte man vorher wissen! Das Frühstück ist nicht so gut: die gekochten Eier waren kalt, der Saft schmeckte gar nicht und die Auswahl war sehr überschaubar. Das Personal war nett. Das Hotel liegt zentral.

Rooms are on small side but functional and clean. Bed was very comfortable and good shower. Rooms are super quiet and dark for sleeping. Very convenient for walking into the city centre and not far from station Breakfast bar is expensive so we passed and ate elsewhere.

Cute hotel with great location to walk Haarlem. Staff very friendly and helpful. Flower parade came through Haarlem and floats parked for viewing next day. This was just few blocks from hotel. Fantastic restaurants close by.

Walking distance to Haarlem city center and St. Bavo chuch . Pleasant receptionists. Would rather have a chair than a huge beanie chair in the room. Rooms are bigger and nice.

Wij hebben 2 nachten dit hotel geboekt. Het hotel is wel goed bereikbaar maar je kan niet voor het hotel parkeren (om je tassen/koffers uit te laden). Wel voldoende parkeergelegenheid in de buurt. Het hotel ligt op 50 meter van het oude centrum waar de winkels en restaurantjes liggen, erg prettig. 24 uurs bemande receptie wat wij prettig vinden. De kamers waren iets aan de kleine kant, maar wel ruim genoeg. Toilet en douche ook aan de kleine kant, je kan niet echt met meerdere tegelijk in de badkamer. Wij hebben het verblijf als prettig ervaren en raden dit hotel zeker aan voor een bezoek aan Haarlem.

All of the above. Sarah, Candelaria, Augustina, Marco, Jasper, Kate and MOJ what a big help they were. Always polite, offering suggestions, knowledgeable, available, and professional.The staff were amazing, hard working and so organized. The Haarlem location was so well run, the house keeping staff were helpful, I cannot wait to return! I cannot say enough about what a great week I had. Haarlem is a beautiful town, easy transportation, great shopping. Great french fry shop just down the street with such amazing fries, sauces and a friendly young man working there. “Brownie and Downie” a local restaurant with carry out across the street from the restaurant had such a great menu and the prices were reasonable. So many choices and the opening of Keukenhof gardens was unforgettable. Will miss it greatly!
