Dear Manuel, It is very sad to hear that you felt that our team offered you a terrible service. All our rooms are different from each other since we are a boutique hotel with various and individual room styles. Our front office manager offered you a room move which you declined. I am persuaded that we would have found a nice room for you if you could have given us the chance to show you an alternative. We wanted to do you a favor by offering you breakfast for free. Furthermore you received a complimentary card on your room with a bottle of sparkling wine from our Front Office Supervisor. To be honest I am not sure what we could have done more to show you our hospitality. Our night manager pre-ordered a taxi for you for 04:30 am for your day of departure. Of course we have to rely on the taxi company since it is not a service from our hotel but a public transport company of the city of Salzburg. Normally all pre-ordered taxis are here on time but on Saturday the Electric Love Festival ended at 04:00 am with more than 100.000 visitors. It was a very bad coincidence that your taxi did not showed up, most drivers were stuck in the traffic jam at Salzburg Ring at the festival area. Of course this cannot be an excuse and we already complaint to our partner company. We are inconsolable that you were forced to walk to the train station. I am sure you can understand that no hotel has the possibility of affecting the reliability of other companies like public taxis. For me as the responsible manager it very sad to hear that you reviewed our service that bad and did not give us any chance to compensate. It would be great to see you one day again in Salzburg since I am persuaded that our team and our hotel is able to making a nice stay possible for every guests who is visiting the Mozart city.
