We had notified for late arrival, were called while on our way. We should change to a terrible hotel in the other end of Hamburg. Noisy, smelly and the smallest room you can think of. Never again.

Der Außenbereich des Hotels ist sehr schmutzig und überall liegen diverse Dinge rum und liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Strasse. Das Zimmer riecht modrig (vermutlich wegen dem alten Teppichboden). Das Zimmer ist zwar sauber aber bei Hausstauballergikern wegen dem Teppich nicht geeignet. Kein Restaurant. Internet auf dem Zimmer sehr langsam. Das Bett war im guten Zustand und komfortabel.

Alles prima - schlichtes und einfaches Hotel ohne unnötiges Gedöns, ordentlich, und mit allem, was man braucht. Besonders gut fand ich, dass die Rezeption rund um die Uhr besetzt ist und man daher auch problemlos spät in der Nacht anreisen konnte. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Väldigt dåligt för att vara ett hotell, det liknar mest som en gammal stuga. Vi fick ett rum i 3:e våningen i vinden och när det började regna hade vi väldigt svårt att sova. Allt i boendet sög.

Dette var et hotel vi valgte efter pris, som en enkelt overnatning på gennemførelse. Til dette levede det op til vores forventning. Personale var søde og imødekommende. Vi benyttede os ikke af morgenmad, så til dette kan jeg ikke kommentere

Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal freundlich, hilfsbereit und flexibel 👍 Das Bett in unserem Zimmer war etwas klein für zwei Personen und wegen einer großen/gemeinsamen Matratze wusste man immer, dass der Bettnachbar:in noch am Leben war, wenn jener/jene sich umdrehte. Für kurze Übernachtungen ist das kleine Hotel auch bzgl. Preis/Leistung vollkommen in Ordnung 👍

Not worth a 3 star, but nice people and location
I really can't understand why this should be 3 stars; the room we got (in the loft) was very worn, and the hotel itself looks mysteriously shabby. The room and bathroom was clean, but very old furniture and mattresses, and not much space to take a shower. Also see the pictures. No airconditioning nor curtains or blinders which makes it rather hot right under the roof. Friendly people at the reception if you can find them. Because of the location/room we decided not to go for breakfast. On the upside: nice location very close to the Autobahn
