Excelente hotel para estar cerca del aeropuerto
Muy buen hotel, excelente ubicación si buscas el aeropuerto, está lejos del centro de Hamburgo, pero si lo tuyo es algo cerca del aeropuerto, este es el hotel. Yo lo utilicé la última noche, para quedarme cerca del aeropuerto.

muy bueno salvo que yo no reserve una habitación para 2 personas y cuando llegué me encontré con esta situación y no he podido cambiarlo, con lo que tuve que pagar x 2 siendo una sola persona

Great place to stay and train into the city
Best deal for the money. Worth it to leave your car in the parking then take the train into town. Good breakfast also. The wifi was down one evening but everything else was perfect.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast room/continental breakfast for 12 Euros extra. Free shuttle to the airport from the Marriott hotel(adjacent to the Kocks hotel). Within 10 minutes walking distance to airport. There is no elevator in this hotel and bathroom was very small ( my knees where touching the wall when sitting on toilet). Needs to be renovated.

Good place to stay
It is a charming hotel not far from the airport. It is a little bit outdated, with mold in the bathroom, and a damp smell by the reception area and hallway. Our room was supposed to have one double bed, we were given a room with two single beds. Basic breakfast, very welcoming and helpful staff. Overall for one night was ok.

Very friendly & helpful staff, little else
I was very impressed by the friendly, helpful and competent staff. The hotel itself is quite basic and feels rather dated for the price I paid. Must have been another weekend with a big event in Hamburg, everything else was even pricier.

Friendly staff and clean room but lack of sound proofing, could hear somebody snoring all night from the room next door. Good location for the airport, but better similar priced hotel around the corner.

Sehr netter Empfang bei der Anreise. Für eine Übernachtung vor einem Flug können wir dieses Hotel nur empfehlen. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist völlig in Ordnung. Gute Lage, zu Fuß ist der Flughafen sehr schnell zu erreichen. Es gibt aber wohl auch einen Shuttleservice, den wir nicht genutzt haben. Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Clean, comfortable, convenient
A small hotel very close to the Hamburg airport at a reasonable price. Plentiful breakfast buffet starting at 4 am. makes is easy to get something to eat before catching the shuttle next door for an early flight.

Bien mais situé au mauvais endroit
Hotel trop proche de l'aéroport pour qu'un Taxi accepte de vous prendre. A pied, le trajet est dangereux (en bord de roure). Tout le reste est parfait.

In the room I had on the 2nd floor, I thought that the room furniture was very outdated, it looked like something from the 1970's, the shower was awkward for me to get in and out of as the shower base was about 18"-20" (45-50cm) deep. Also the lighting in the corridor between the stairs and my room was dark at night, I had to use the light on my phone as the light illumination was from the stairs sign above the exit door.

Godt by- og transithotel
Vi brugte hotellet som overnatning inden rejse fra Hamborg Lufthavn. Lille men pænt hotel med egen lille parkering. Meget tæt på lufthavnen, kun 2 minutters direkte kørsel. Venligt personale. Rumlig værelse med nyere badeværelse. Mulighed for tilkøb af morgenmad, som vi dog ikke benyttede os af. Benytter gerne hotellet igen, også for en byferie i Hamborg.
