Esta casa de 5 dormitorios y 2 baños ha sido completamente actualizada y amueblada con camas y muebles nuevos. El diseño de concepto abierto de la casa ofrece mucho espacio para relajarse y disfrutar de sus vacaciones en la playa.

La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito, un elegante protector contra salpicaduras y hermosos gabinetes agitadores. Está completamente equipado con ollas, sartenes, platos, especias y una cafetera. Hay una mesa de bistro con capacidad para 4 y una amplia mesa de comedor con capacidad para 8.

El porche es luminoso y acogedor e incluye un bar retro con capacidad para 6 personas y un sofá futón que se puede convertir en una cama cómoda para 2 personas.

Arriba, hay tres habitaciones con camas queen size y una habitación con dos camas individuales. En la planta baja, hay un dormitorio con una cama queen size. Incluyendo el futón podemos dormir cómodamente 12 invitados.

Proporcionamos todas las sábanas, sin embargo, no proporcionamos toallas de playa. Hay una lavadora y secadora convenientemente disponibles en el hogar para la lavandería.

The best...
When we rented this home a few years ago, we haven't been anywhere else since. This is THE best home for my family of nine. Plenty of space, fully stocked, clean, quiet location, close to the beach and I can’t say enough about Micah, the owner. This is our all time favorite.

Unique and amazing
We were all totally impressed with this beach house… we loved everything about it… it’s built for fun and comfort… had every thing we wanted in a vacation home…we would definitely go back again…the decor is so unique and different… never saw anything like it…loved it…we have been going to Hampton Beach for over 40 years and have stayed in many places and for the last 20 years in the same place… this by far is our very favorite.if I had to make a suggestion I would want a couple of shelves in the bathrooms and a few hooks on the wall to hang clothes on…and maybe room darkening shades… but in the scheme of things these are very minor things and they did not in any way have a negative effect on the amazing time we had in this outstanding place. Thank you so much to our gracious host who was so easy to communicate with and to work with.. and thank you for your creativity..Bev

Ted’s in town, It’s time to Freak Freely!
Stayed at Micah’s place to see Allen Stone in Portsmouth and Teddy Swims in Hampton Beach… this house and host couldn’t of been more perfect!⭐️ The vibe is cozy, cool, coastal chic, anything and everything has been thought of for you. Definitely not your average Hampton beach rental, if you are lucky enough to stay here, you will enjoy all the attention to detail and close proximity to all that Hampton has to offer! This home is super clean and quiet and the host is super responsive (we somehow managed to lock ourselves out and he and his daughter were there in minutes with a smile and super hero capes on!) Loved the whole place - the front porch is a great place to gather, the back deck too! No one wanted to leave! Annual family beach vacation
Our family has been coming to HB for many years for a weekly stay and 4 years ago found this gem. When entering you realize the extra effort by owner to make it a place for his guests to feel comfortable with the thoughtful nautical and vintage decor, and to assure you have a fun time hanging out in the game room with video table, portable ping pong table, tv, bar and plenty of kid and adult games available to use. Last 3 years we've come here the place has been improved on each time in some way. Micah is open to feedback and has acted on suggestions. He responds in short time for any questions before and during stay. It is a short walk to beach, restaurants and miniature golf. We parked 4 cars, no problem. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Relaxing Stay
We enjoyed the stay. The location was quiet and a convenient walk to the beach. The opened concept on the first floor allowed for easier conversations. We appreciated having space for our teenagers to have their own area to hang out.

Close to beach
Great place to stay. Clean and lots of room. Can walk to beach. Only 2 recommendations: wish there would have been water in the fridge upon arrival and when it rains it's hard to get out (big dip right by steps). Only reason it mattered, we were going to a wedding and was hard to get to car in rain. But would stay here again in a heart beat. Loved the location.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING HOUSE
This house exceeded all of our expectations. We were looking for a nicer home for our large family trip. We truly found it here! There was everything you can imagine in this house . It literally looks brand new. Whoever decorated did a phenomenal job! All the little details really make it look and feel like a beautiful beach home. Fully stocked kitchen, Game room, 2 bathrooms, and 5 gorgeous bdrms! Very clean as when you walk in it smells brand new and such a great location. Our adult kids loved the games and slot machine. The hosts even left them quarters to play. The walk to beach was literally like 5 minutes and all the shops, food, and bars were even closer. Our daughter loves the Green Room for healthy drinks which was literally at the end of road around the corner. The downstairs bedroom has a great tv with sound bar. The Bluetooth system was incredible. The hosts had notes and made sure we knew everything. Plenty of parking we had 4 cars and fit just fine. Be sure to read that the parking is on the right hand side of house and in front of house. The kids parked on left side but the host made sure to message us right away so we could fix that. We will definitely book here again. The hosts were beyond nice and very helpful. Do not think twice about renting here we loved it! Thanks again Micah!

The Barn House/Blue Whale
My family including husband, 8 year old son, parents, two brothers, sister and 7 year old niece have been renting this house the last three or four years now. We won't rent anywhere else. This house is a gem...quiet street, short walk to beach and boardwalk, it is supplied with everything you need, from pots and pans to beach accessories...towels and blankets to games. The house is spacious, modern, clean and so comfy. My family thoroughly enjoys our vacations and I am so lucky to have found this home. The owner, Micah is the absolute best! Columbus day end of season getaway
This is my 3rd time renting this property. Perfect location. Close enough to the beach, casino, restaurants and night spots. At the same time is is on a dead end street without all the hustle and bustle of crowds and noise. It has all the amenities, it is very clean and comfortable, and it is a real bargain as well. I've already booked this place for next year.

Great house great location!
Micah and his house were outstanding! The house is set up well and extremely comfortable. The location of the house is walking distance to anything in Hampton Beach. Looking forward to staying here for our upcoming trips to Hampton Beach.

The blue whale NEVER disappoints!
My family and I were so fortunate to find this home back in 2020 and will not stay anywhere else. The house is quite spacious for my parents, siblings, husband, 6 year old niece and 7 year old son. Newly remodeled with a fully stocked kitchen, towels, linens, sheets, washer/dryer, beach supplies, games, ping pong table, dart board, slot machine and a large deck out back. This property is truly a gem and I can’t say enough about the owner Micah. Open communication and he is most hospitable and accomodating. We will be back multiple times a season!!

Plenty of space
Easy check in and great communication with the owner. Home accommodated our family with 4 kids and my wife’s Aunt and Cousin very comfortably. Outstanding amenities which included everything you needed for a beach day, including a wagon to get it all there. Every kitchen item needed to cook, a fun game room, an open kitchen/dining room where you can bring out the portable ping pong table. We had rain and our littles were entertained inside. Located 2 blocks to the beach and the strip. 5 minute walk. Highly recommend.

Quiet location
We enjoyed staying here. We had never been to Hampton before, so we didn’t know what to expect. The main strip is very busy, so we liked that it was just a short walk to the beach and that the house is located on a dead end so it was quiet at night. We appreciated the stocked kitchen and laundry facilities as well as the beach chairs and toys. Lots of nice extras like charging cables and night lights.

Will return again and again
Owner, Micah, put a lot of thought into details with nautical decor throughout, creating a very relaxing vibe and added a lot of fun things to do while not at the beach. Got a lot of use on the ping pong table, darts and hook and ring on the porch with grandkids. Especially nice to have linens and ample towels provided for the house. Owner is very accessible and quick to respond to any questions. Located on a quiet dead end street, but not far from the beach. Looking forward to another stay next year.

Great Trip
We stayed in this house 2 years ago, but didn’t book quickly enough to get in for 2022. There were some updates and improvements since our last stay. It’s a little longer walk to the beach and the bandstand than we prefer, but it’s worth it to get a clean and comfortable house. The kids love plying cornhole in the backyard and board games at the bar on the front porch.
