位於西湖邊的酒店本身已經是景點，有歷史價值。杭州舉行 G20 時翻新過現在保持得還不錯。他們有司機可以包車作一日游，價錢合理。

Outstanding!
Amazing facility on Westlake with beautiful grounds, outstanding service, very nice rooms. Smaller scale allows more personal experience. Will definitely stay there in future. BTW, was where visiting presidents stayed for G-20 meeting in 2016.

我が家で西湖を眺めるような贅沢な時間でした
夏の旅行で宿泊しました。杭州の数ある宿泊施設のなかで、西湖に面して建つ稀有な立地、西湖十景に数えられる「雷峰夕照」を居ながらにして楽しめるはず、との期待を満たして余りあるロケーションでした。かつて名士の屋敷だったとのこと、敷地も建物も大きくはありませんでしたが、西湖に開かれた庭、それを囲むように配された宿泊棟、お部屋も清々しく広々として、ホテル全体が静かな居心地のいい趣ある空間でした。また、スタッフの方々は日本語を話す方はおられなかったものの、英語が堪能、スマホの翻訳アプリも試しながら、親しみ深くこちらのリクエストに十分こたえてくださいました。ホテルのたたずまい、スタッフのホスピタリティもあいまって、我が家のように過ごすことができました。西湖十景のひとつ、湖畔に揺れる柳が美しい「柳浪聞鶯」の公園は、ホテルすぐそばにあり、地元の方々に交じってすてきな散歩ができました。ただ、観光客の多いエリアからは離れています。西湖一周の電動カート（有料）に、このホテルの最寄り停留所で乗ることは至難の業でした（電動カートは空席があれば乗れますが、ホテルの最寄り停留所で降りる人はほぼいなかったからです）。朝食はおいしくいただきました。ホテル内で中国茶を味わえる喫茶店に行く時間がとれなかったのが心残りです。次に杭州に行く機会があったなら、もう一度、このホテルにと思っています。

Beautifully kept hotel on the bank of the West Lake. The rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished. Beds comfortable and lots of nice little touches. Staff professional and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. One thing that was strange was the hotel has no bar. The hotel gardens are stunning and afre the old Imperial gardens from the Song Dynasty. Breakfas was splendid with a wide variety and all beautifully cooked. I woukd go so far as to say this is one of the most pleasant place to stay in the world. Expensive but worth it - I would happily stay here again.

环境非常好，早餐也不错
不愧是老牌的柳莺宾馆，里面圈起来一个南宋皇家园林，还有赏西湖的最佳观测点。 早餐的鲜榨橙汁非常赞，其他食物种类不多，但还算精致。总体不错

Wonderful hotel and location.
This is an ideal hotel for visiting Hangzhou. It is an oasis of calm and beauty. Directly on the lake with its own gardens, it is stroll away from some of the main attractions. The restaurants are very good and the pool is large and clean. Hotel staff were very sweet and helpful, especially the front desk manager, Ms. Mao, with her watchful eye and good English. It is also a local hotel with a uniquely Chinese feel rather than a global chain. Highly recommended on all counts and I'll certainly visit again.

Comfortable, upscale hotel by the lake
There was excellent service at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, and the immediate surroundings were secure and secluded. My only grievances were a confusion about whether breakfast was included (the check-in staff said it was, and gave us vouchers), but in fact, no meal was included; and the fact that the hotel is relatively inaccessible from public transit, in a city where it is quite hard to secure a taxi.

整體都很滿意，地點在西湖風景區邊上，不用一分鐘就到湖畔，風景優美，早餐也很豐富，服務招待很親切。值得推薦。
