For years this has been our go-to place. We are glad it is still here and hope they never leave. Everything was so clean, quiet, and everyone was super nice and helpful. The price was also great! Thank you for accommodating my husband this time in particular as it was a sad and stressful time but your warmth and kindness made it easier on him and made me feel good that he could rest easily and safely even for judt one night. I liked the proximity to the main highway (Ave. of the Saints) and the room was what I was expecting. The front desk staff was very courteous and welcoming. The breakfast wasn't much, but it was included. The surrounding area around the property looked run down and a little unsafe.

We did not get the room that we asked for. The clerk would not tell us the amount paid for the room, and it turns out that there is a difference between the room we got and the room for which we had paid. We were not told the wifi password. There was no kleenex in the room. On the plus side, it is clean, comfortable.

Motel was so/so.
The sidewalk into the motel is on a slop. We had 4-6 inches of snow last night / this morning. No one shoveled the walk the whole time we were there. The bathroom could use a deep clean. There were a lot of short hairs on my daughter’s sheets when she pulled back the blanket. Breakfast was waffles, cold cereal, or a cold blueberry muffin.

Rooms need renovated
It was welcoming when walking in, had me thinking this was going to be a decent stay. The check in area looked newly renovated and newer carpet leading to the rooms. The staff was very friendly and the parking is convenient. Now for our room. The room was not newly renovated as the check in area made you think. The sheets and towels had brown stains and blue pen marks all over them, the shower did not look cleaned, there was quite a bit of dusk and short hairs all over the tub. The thing that really got me was the mold on the complimentary lotion they provide.

Hotel itself was clean. The room was swept and the bathroom was clean. The sheets were clean but the top cover was disgusting. The extra blankets were dirty as well. No channel guide or any local guides or hotel info in the room. Breakfast was waffles, a choice of three cereals, and a plastic cup of fruit. I will not stay there again.

lady at the front desk didn’t even try helping us. extremely rude and unprofessional. even super 8 is 10x better. wouldn’t recommend I’d rather stay in my car.

Filthiest hotel I have ever seen. Trash under beds, urine on the toilet and mystery brown smears on wall and floor. Just digusting. Hotel smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking.
They said they were having trouble with cleaning staff. Hopefully they get better help.

Get what you pay for
I just need a place for one night. The bed was comfy, you can hear everything in your room. The room smelled musty, flooring was coming up it needed painted and updated on everything. It was just ok for me, I probably wouldn’t stay again, I would pay more for something nicer.

Extremely low lighting in rooms
Someone removed all of the incandescent lights and replaced with led bulbs in half of the fixtures with led bulbs. Someone needs to use a light meter and add additional led bulbs.
