Dear Mr Jean Christopher,Good day to you,I am so sad to read your comment on ExpediaAs you known, when you checked in we informed you that we would like to upgrade you into Fiesta Suite room, this is the largest room in our Hotel, We showed you the room when you came and you took it and happy and the second day you went down and complained and you blamed for our Colleague did not give you exactly you booked, even My colleague tried their best way to keep and upgraded the nicest room for you, and you asked my Hotel refund the Money to you which you known very well that we upgraded you, we respected you and we accepted to give you:400.000 VND even we gave you better room and you knew about that, and we also asked you very carefully that " Would you like to change exactly the room you booked and you said you do not want to change the room you wanted to stay in the same room at that time we accepted for that and in the evening you again came down and told with my Colleague refund the Money on the second day while we already gave back to you total 15% discount of the Money we received from Expedia for 2 nights which you received and happy.”We were so disappointed more about you, please respect our Partner Expedia and us as well, you are valuable Guest we are very take care of you and do hope you are always happy but you should not treat everybody as your bad way.
