Me cambiaron de hotel
Me quedé solo una noche y luego tomé un tour fuera (por dos días), al volver me comentaron que no tenían mi habitación disponible pese a que la reservé por este medio y me ofrecieron cambio a un hotel cercano. Por suerte el hotel que me llevaron era de calidad superior

Very good hotel
It's an old hotel, located in the oldest part of Hanoi. Great location. The employees are very very kind. There's no room service past 10pm and the breakfast can be improved, but overall it's a good deal for what you pay.

Awesome service, friendly, location
The biggest compliment for this hotel has to be the staff - friendly, welcoming and professional. Welcomed with complimentary drinks, the staff meet you and take you out to any cabs you may have booked to ensure there is no misunderstanding about where you are going. We were even treated to a complimentary bottle of wine to enjoy. We went on a trip to Halong Bay from staff.

Excellent hotel for stay
Hanoi Legacy hotel is very good location. I can not say enough on how wonderful the staff were. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The food was great and offered a good variety. The staff helped us book a trip to Halong Bay. The hotel is just 2 blocks from Hoam Kiem Lake which is a popular spot for both tourists and locals. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and will be recommending it to others. Excellent place to stay!

Great location and Frendly staff
This hotel is new, modern, and beautiful. The bed was excellent, the room size large and comfortable, desk chair and desk great, bathroom was excellent, and the staff was extraordinary. They helped us to have a great, safe trip to Hanoi. This was the best experience we have ever had in a hotel! The breakfast food was excellent, also....the owner wants it's visitors to have a great time, and they obviously spend whatever it takes to make them .

PERFECT HOTEL
The best is both the very situation of the Hotel very close to the old quarter and Hoan Kiem lake, and the really helpfull stuff. Room is good quality & breakfast are good, both western & local types. They helped us booking tours to Sapa & Hanoi at good prices and high quality and allowed us to keep the main baggage in the hotel while doing the trips.

Very Comfortable
The room was comfortable with air conditioning and the location was right in the centre. Also the breakfast was good with an even better view. The staff are so overwhelmingly friendly and helpfulStrongly recommend!

7/13からハノイレガシーホテルを3泊と空港からのタクシー送迎を予約してましたが当日タクシーが送ってくれたのは系列の違うホテル！ホテルのフロントの男性に「私が予約したのはレガシーホテルです！」と言うと「レガシーホテルはつぶれた…。」との説明。到着したのが夜の12時だった事もあり仕方なく3泊する事に。3日間辛い思いをさせられました。経緯の説明と返金をお願いします！

It's an old and grim facility attempting to upgrade. Didn't quite make the grade. The only saving grace is the staff. They are very nice and helpful.

L’établissement est très bien situé au cœur du vieux quartier. Les différents points touristiques sont facilement à accessibles. Le personnel est attentionner et très serviable. La qualité des chambres laissent à désirer. Il y a présence de moisissure sur les murs dans certaines chambres ce qui n’est pas acceptable pour un établissement de 4 étoiles. L’établissement a besoin de TLC.

Great staff but not the hotel for us.
We booked the same day as arriving and the hotel staff were very efficient in arranging our airport transfer (at the minute!). The hotel is in the middle of downtown Hanoi but unfortunately the room had no windows and was very humid with damp patches in various places on the walls. We were bitten by mosquitos. The breakfast was very poor. I am sorry to write this as the staff were extremely nice and very helpful but unfortunately the the room and facilities were not what we were expecting.

The location of this hotel is ideal for exploring the vibrant and bustling Old Quarter of the city. The staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient. They booked tours to Halong Bay and local pagodas for us at very competitive prices and arranged for pick up from the hotel in clean spacious vehicles. The breakfast which was included in our hotel rate was fantastic! This hotel was part of an unforgettable experience in an unforgettable city!

Great location. The free breakfast was impressive. I really appreciated the staff going out of their way to provide great customer service and take care of me (when a neighboring room was making too much noise they moved me to another quieter room)
