Pros: Ubicación, está justo al lado de train street y a 10 min caminando del lago. Está alguien en la recepción 24 horas. Llegué de madrugada para hacer check in y no hubo problema. Tienen servicio de lavanderia. Cons : Cada que el tren pasa se escucha demasiado, y los fines de semana peor, ya qué pasa más veces al día. No descanse tan bien. El elevador solo llega al 7 piso. Así que si te tocó una habitación en el 8 piso (como a mi) y tus maletas son pesadas, no es lo ideal. A la llegada me ayudaron pero para la salida las cargué yo. Se siente demasiada humedad en la habitación. Incluso el refri tiene moho.

El hotel está muy céntrico, muy bien ubicado, super cerca del train market. La habitación es cómoda. Lo que no me gustó es que el drenaje del baño no sirve, sino que es uno que está fuera de la ducha. Esto hace que todo el baño se moje por completo. Destaco el desayuno que fue muy bueno y el servicio al cliente.

Excelente hotel para alojar en el barrio viejo
La habitación familiar es muy amplia y comoda. El desayuno es excelente, porque además del buffet, te ofrecen comidas a elección, como por ejemplo pancakes con salsa de chocolate o un plato de Phô. Y que decir de los que trabajan, son muy amables y atentos a todo lo que necesites. Organizan traslados y excursiones también. Totalmente recomendable.

la habitación no era tan amplia como esperaba, pero bien. el baño bien, sin más. la situación me parece adecuada y hay que destacar la amabilidad del personal de recepción que nos dieron un montón de información. reservamos con ellos las visitas a tam coc y halong. en general hemos estado agusto en este hotel.

Nous ne regrettons pas d’avoir séjourné dans cet hôtel. Ce dernier est très bien situé , de plus le personnel est très accueillant et arrangeant. Nous ne pouvons que recommander !

Great spot for staying in Old Quarter Hanoi! The staff was also wonderful. Very friendly and happy to offer suggestions of where to go and what to do.

Good location near famous train street, street food, night market, etc. Great reception & kitchen staff. Simple but excellent breakfast. Both Thao & Phuc are remarkable. They help arrange airport to hotel pickup & a memorable Ha Long Bay trip for family of 6. Highly recommended. Only downside is the bathroom/toilet which needs some attention.

도착첫날 자정쯤 도착하여 딸아이와 잠만 자고 다음날 아침일찍 체크아웃했지만 수하물 맡기고 시내관광하고 다시돌아와 택시탈때까지 너무 친절하게 응대해주셔서 감사했습니다. 주문형 아침식사도 먹을만했어요. 특히 디저트 과일들이 아주 싱싱합니다.

Hidden gem.
We loved this hotel. It’s such a good location. Right next to train street, and really close to shopping and great places to eat in the old quarter. Ms Thai and Phuc could not be more helpful, and the breakfast was good. Some fixings are a bit old but the beds are comfy and amenities good. Great value.

Reception Staff were very friendly and helpful. We used this as a quick stopover between trips so really didn’t expect or need a lot. Room was perfectly comfortable just to sleep until next pick up. Only problem is that breakfast was supposed to be served from 7 but wasn’t available until 7.25 so we were pushed for time before our trip collection.

Very nice hotel, with a very convenient location in the center of the old town. Please note that this hotel offers rooms without windows, and that it is less then 100m from the train going through train street. This wasn't a problem for me, but should be considered before booking.

Good hotel with view on the"train Street"
From the deluxe room with balcony, you can see the trains on the "train Street" that go towards Hai Phong, one in the evening and over in the morning. You can hear them as well. Room is spacious and clean with a very good mattrace. Bathroom could be renewed is clean though. Friendly staff, made an early check in possible as far as they could. Breakfast is good nothing special. Good value for money.

Hanoi a nice place
I decided to stay at Spoon to get around the city . Never been around Hanoi so I just book with spoon hotel for the first few days and then just decided to stay longer Part of making this decision is that the hotel attendant. The lady spoke really good English and help me with travelling in the city

새벽도착이라 픽업서비스를 이용했었는데 직원들이 문을 걸어잠그고 자는바람에 앞에서 조금 기다렸어요 체크인을 하려는데 비몽사몽 ..짐도 들어주지않고 방키만 주면서 알아서 가란식으로 서있길래 다된거냐했더니 그제서야 방을 안내해줍니다 8층키를 줫는데 엘베는 7층까지고..아기도 있었는데 짐들고 윰차들고 가파른계단을 올라갔어요 싼게비지떡이죠 방안은 그냥 어디시골모텔 후진느낌이고 이불은 무슨 홑겹..저게 이불인가 싶을정도의 그냥베게껍데기느낌..좀도톰한이불은 장롱안에 있었는데 냄새나고 보풀다일어나있는.. 어쨋든잠만자고숙소를옮길거라그냥잤는데 일어나보니 기찻길마을바로앞이더군여 새벽부터 닭이울어대서 세시간정도잤나 일단 아침을 준다니 내려갔는데 진짜 최악...음식은 뭐 다말라비틀어지고 쌀국수는 고기비린내납니다 싼게비지떡이예요

Dear Guests, We would like to explain you more as the following: Please note that our hotel does have an active elevator from the first floor to the 7th floor. Besides,we have big stairs which is quite comfortable to walk for many guests who prefer not use a lift. Besides,we have a receptionist and a security(bellboy) who are take care of all our beloved guests in 24 hours. Our hotel is located in the old quarter. It is not a remote village. If your room is located at one of our highest floors,you hardly can hear the noise. We have served thousand of guests a month and we have never heard that there is rooster/cock fighting who making noise.We shall check this again. All of our rooms had a renovation in 2018. Please double check how much you paid? have you ever stayed with us? We wish that you are kind enough to share your experience directly so that we can improve our service better. It was so strange that you hide your name and we had no Korean Customers who stayed here in these days. Life is short,we should be happy every moment. Sincerely yours, Moon

사진이랑 완전 방이 달라서 당황했어요 창문도 없고 진짜 좁아요 ㅠㅠ 답답함 체크인한 날이 비오는 날이였는데 방음 진짜 안되서 적어도 5번은 깸 조식도 별로고 짐맡겼는데 분명히 잠그고갔는데 비번이 000으로 맞춰있어서 캐리어 열어보려고한 흔적이 있었음

가성비 좋은 호텔입니다.기찻길마을 바로 옆에 있어 밤에 기차가 지나갈때는 좀 시끄럽지만 저희는 예민하지 않아 크게 신경쓰이지 않았습니다.호안끼엠 호수까지는 거리가 약간 되지만 주변 둘러보며 천천히 걸어가면 도보로 포토스팟 가기에도 용이하고 만족합니다
