Was a bit crowded and the police seemed to be a constant presence.
Double price when not booking online. Was charged 200$ a night on first visit, 100$ when booked online. Identical rooms. Front desk staff was excellent. 300$ depoist was abit much however

We have a promotion running with Expedia to promote our online market. I do not look at this as a negative. I am happy to see that you found the promotion.
Room was a good size but the bathroom was very tiny. Also, one of the comforters had a large round yellow stain. Looks like it could have been washed but the stain was still very visible. My daughter and I ended up sharing the second bed.
quick trip to goosebay to see some friends, room was clean but old,no were to get breakfast in the morning until 11am thats to late,ac unit is loud

Thank you for taking the time to review. We have a new section in the hotel if you are staying again :)
The Restaurant is now open for breakfast daily 7am-11am - it was only currently closed due to getting everything back to fully operational due to being closed for 2months with the pandemic.

General hygiene was not at a satisfactory level. Breakfast is missing. The staff is polite. There is great food in the restaurant that is part of the hotel.

Good Morning - I am sorry that you feel the General Hygiene was not satisfactory, I would really like to address this as we have very high standards on cleanliness at our hotel. If you could please give me more information it would be very helpful.
Our hotel normally has Breakfast 7am-11am daily in the Restaurant, it was only opening at 11am for a short period of time due to getting everything back to operational with everything being closed for 2months due to covid.
Thanks so much for taking the time to Rate us. We would really appreciate if you could do the same on Trip Advisor. We hope to see you again in the near future.
Found there wasn’t much room where the toilet and shower were.

Bed was very uncomfortable, could not get the tv to work and the room appeared to be only half cleaned

Thank you for your feedback, we do apologize for the inconvenience. Our sister hotel "Hotel North" 2mins away opens 6am for Breakfast and our Restaurant "Jungle Jim's" stays open later in the night to try and accommodate all of our guests needs with being in a small town. We hope you can forgive us and choose to stay with us in the future :)
I really liked the quality of the facility and service. Had a fantastic meal at Jungle Jim's.
The only thing that was not favourable was the room size.

No remote for tv. Later corrected by obtaining univrersal remote. Hair dryer did not work. Only discovered this on morning of departure. Other wise no issues.

The room met my needs for a work trip, but it’s dated nature would not make it a first choice for a longer stay or vacation accommodation.
