Recomendado en relación calidad/precio
Cuando llegamos, la primera impresión no fue buena por el estado de la fachada de la casa y una escalera larga para subir con dos valijas grandes. Al ingresar todo mucho mejor, una casa antigua acondicionada, todo muy limpio y con un barcito para disfrutar de unos tragos. La habitación buena, con aire acondicionado y frigobar. El chico que trabaja ahí “el japonés” nos dió todos los tips para andar en la ciudad y evitar engaños de gente que te habla por la calle. Ademas nos aconsejó donde conseguir habanos y ron más baratos. Muy buena onda, atento en todo y cocina muy bien!

Bueno y cercano al malecón
La zona está apartada del centro, pero muy cerca del malecón. Es un lugar agradable y las personas amables; sin embargo, te ofrecen un servicio de frigobar que te dicen que es para tu consumo, pero al final de tu estancia te la cobran. Su aire acondicionado hay que prenderlo y apagarlo con un manecilla.

Boa opção, no geral.
O staff é muito simpático, mudaram-nos as toalhas todos os dias, pequeno almoço bom. O unico inconveniente é ser longe (a pé) do centro turístico.

Great hotel in Central Havana
The B&B is nicely situated in Central Havana, midway between the Vedado (known for its night-life), and Havana Vieja (great area to walk around during the day). Rooms have clean private bathrooms. There are two-three shared Wifi networks -- a great thing in Cuba, since you can share the costs of the ETECSA card with other tourists. We also enjoyed the possibility of choosing among three breakfast options, from 3CUC/person (includes coffee and bread with marmelade, which was more than enough for us), to 5CUC/person (full breakfast, with freshly-pressed fruit juice and fried eggs). The bartender, Gabrielle, also helped us check in when we arrived; he was very welcoming, and spent the better part of an hour giving us a crash course in the Cuban way of life and shared with us a printed map with some of the essentials (ETECSA cards, CADECA money exchange, nice bars and restaurants etc).

Letto piccolo, bagno angusto, ingresso poco accogliente. Personale cordiale, serio e servizievole. Buona colazione. Zona ospedale non ottimale, ma non troppo distante dal centro.

Excellent value for money! the accommodation is fairly basic, but adequate, clean and at a cost that is hard to beat. We stayed for a week at a cost of less than one night in one of the city centre fancy hotels.

There are few 'nice' areas in Havana but this was supposed to be a safe downtown area but the taxi driver was reluctant to leave us. However once we entered the property the people were very nice. The ensuite room was basic, but airconditioned. The water in ensuite was warm if not hot, but Havana is very hot. Breakfast was a feast - much too much and had to ask for less on 2nd day. Booked taxi for our transfer to airport did not arrive, but Gabriel soon fixed one from the street. Overall OK for 2 nights for the price.

its in the 1st floor, an old colonial appartment, refurbished into a hotel, so awesome! Very cosy, absolutely nice staff, and they help you with every queation you have. next time in havana, defenetly there! greetings to our friend the cook japonés!

Hyggelig og sentral casa
Nær universitetet i Havanna og kort vei å gå til de fleste steder i Centro Havanna. Noe som virkelig skiller seg ut ved dette hotellet er at det er wifi i bygget, slik at du kan ha Internett på rommet så lenge du har kjøpt et kort i en wifi-park og har fått innloggingspassord fra casa-eierne. Det er en sjeldenhet på Cuba. De ansatte er kjempehyggelige og frokosten er veldig god.

Gute Lage, billiger Preis. Dafür wenig Komfort
Dieses B&B hat eine gute Lage in Havana. Zu Fuß ist man in 20 Minuten am Zentral Park oder in der Altstadt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind zwar sehr klein und alt, aber dennoch sauber. Für ein paar Nächte voll in Ordnung, für längere Aufenthalte würde ich ein Hotelzimmer bevorzugen.

çok merkezi değil, merkeze ulaşmak için ortalama 2,5 km yürümek gerek, gece nöbetçi kalan arkadaşlardan biri kaba saba bir arkadaş, diğerleri genelde nazik, genel temizlik anlayışındaki sıkıntı buraya da yansımış, yemek kokusu her yerde olduğu gibi burda da rahatsız edici.

Nice clean casa in a convenient location
Not too far and not too close to the busy areas of old Havana, our hostess was very kind and helpful. The AC worked nicely and we enjoyed the hot showers. The room is small but overall cozy! Breakfast was nice.

Das B&B ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für alle möglichen Unternehmungen in Havanna. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Irosaky hat uns viele wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Leckeres Frühstück, sehr guter Mojito...einziger Kritikpunkt: zu schmale Betten

Central Havana is not a great area to stay. The saving grace is that you can spend your days at the hotel National de Cuba for $25. This includes $20 of food and drinks around the pool. It’s walking distance. The B.B. itself is fine. Be prepared for the fact that there are no windows. The air conditions had cooled the room before we arrived and Gabriel carried many of our cases to the rooms.

Haben uns wohl gefühlt! Parken vor der Tür mgl
Waren mit dem Mietwagen unterwegs und konnten diesen umsonst direkt vor der Haustür abstellen. Frühstück war sehr lecker (volles Programm 5 CUC pP), gibt auch Abendessen. Haben in der Unterkunft noch zweimal Übernachtet (kurz vor Rückflug und zwischendrin nochmal eine Nacht), spontanes buchen vor Ort war kein Problem. Waren insgesamt sehr positiv überrascht und haben uns recht wohl gefühlt. Standard ist Landestypisch - völlig in Ordnung.

Great location and friendly staff
B&B Central Habana was in a great central location between Old Habana, the University and the Malecon. Very easy to walk everywhere. Staff were friendly especially Roxanna who made us feel very welcome and kindly provided a very helpful map when we arrived. Breakfast was really good every morning! We had a lovely stay here.
