Un hotel sucio y abandonado.
Un hotel en el que encontramos mucha basura vieja debajo de la cama, pisos sucios y estructura abandonada. Jamas volveria a el, ni mucho menos lo recomendaria.

Very disapointed and screwed over
You got a prize if you could make the receptionist smile, no one won it. She told us She had a cambio. Didnt go to bank and they didnt exchange sterling even though she knew I was from England Left is with 20 cuban to make our way to restauant and Tropicana club. Our door wouldnt shut . I had to lock my wife in the room when I left the hotel.

Das Frühstück war furchbar, am Wochenende wurde ein Sandwich fertig vor die Nase gestellt, Wochentags gab es ein größeres Buffet. Die Auswahl war nicht einladend, hinterher war mir schlecht. Der Kaffe war lauwarm. Das Zimmer in Ordnung, die dreckigen Handtücher wurden nur einmal gewechselt, ansonsten mit der sauberen Seite sichtbar hingegangen. Eine gute Auskunft bekam ich nur von einer Rezeptionistin. Der Rest war nicht hilfreich.

The ac had no off or any switch for that matter. The bed was lumpy and the mattress so thin, that no mater what way I moved I had a spring in some part of my body. As for the pillow it was hard and thin - had to fold it over. The hotel also had two bar areas but no food. We managed to buy a few bottles of water, there were none in the room, and hunkered down for the night. Almost nothing in the area either. We stayed here because it was closer to the airport and we had an early flight, but it was not a pleasant stay by any means.

Like: Staff very very friendly. Did not like: Elevator out of order during the entire stay. Filthy toilets.

I didn't like the lift that sometimes work and others not. Neither I like the arrangement for taxi's.

it was ok, just slept for one night for flight
we were a bit afraid of picking this hotel cuz the reviews were bad, but it was ok than we expected. staff speak english, room was clean, bell boy was kind, and they prepared a bread for breakfast because we checked out early morning(we requested though) the only bad thing was hot shower didn't work.

Chambre delabres, salle de bain imonde, chasse d eau casses, douche casses, porte casses, draps sales et trouee..je pense que nous avons eu droit a la chambre speciale pour les sites de reservations en ligne..et le pire, c est que la standardiste ne comprenait pourquoi on voulait change de chambre...bizarement la 2eme ete bien mieux et propre. Je me suis demandes si ce n etait pas une blague au debut. Hotel consternant Imcomprehensible qu il soit sur votre site.

It was ok the bathroom was horrible towels were too small didn't cover the body. Shower curtain was dirty and ripped off. No rug either

Nice hotel but needs improvement
Nice building but the facility needs to upgrade to stay in the business. At least minimum 25 occupants is needed. The staff are fantastic & friendly but needs to improve communication (english). Our especial thanks to the receptionist & to the waiter at the restaurant well done

old and noisy
This hotel was old and we had a noisy room (as most rooms seem to be above the noisy bar down stairs.) the reception booked our taxi to the airport abundant a car with no where near enough room for 4 plus luggage arrived - packs on knees etc and no one seemed to care. Rate to airport was higher than expected. They did allow an early checkin which was good.

THE HOTEL WAS LESS THAN SATISFACTORY IN CLEANLINESS AND NOT WORTH THE INFO EXPEDIA HAD ON ITS RATINGS AND CLEANLINESS AND WAS DEFINATELY NOT IN THE CBD AREA..

Pay more and go somewhere else
I didn't expect much: I was in China befoe it opened up completely. I arrived late because the direct flight from Toronto to Havana arrives at 11:30 anyway. The lobby was dark and the building was like a former hospital. I chose this because it was the closest in distance to the airport and the price was lowest (but still cost me about 100!) 1. The room light was not working. The bellman knows it but didn't do anything. I had to rely on the bathroom light. 2. The faucet was loose and barely functioning. 3. The bell captain arranged a private taxi and got a cut. I expected him to make some money but wasn't prepared that it would be a private car. There was one more middle man, who was in the car till somewhere in town, got out of the car and collected some money from the driver. I observed money changing hands twice. 4. Breakfast wasn't continental, but had a choice of either omlette or sandwitch. It was close to the closing time, but here was still 20 min and no coffee.
