Great stay for our family of 4

This is our 2nd time staying on the property. Last time we had a 2nd floor room. This one is ground level and is absolutely perfect for our boys (5 & 7). We could open the slider and they could run right out onto the grass and look at the ocean or play games. We were there during easter and the resort did an easter egg hunt for the kids which was really nice. The pool areas are great. We used the BBQ one night for dinner and our boys loved the pool. Great size for them.If you are looking for a beach front this is not a great spot. Only low tide you have some sand. If you head north there is more sand or south but not directly in front. When we wanted to go to the beach we mostly drove to various nearby beaches. There are plenty within 15min drive that are all very nice. We love the location and will most likely stay here again when we come back.

Great Unit with a fantastic view

Waking up to your morning coffee on your Lanai watching the waves and whales this the into to book. We had a great full 2 weeks here everything you need is here (dishes, beach chairs, cooler bags, games, cards, beach towels and the list goes on) thank you for a great vacation.

Clean and amazing location

We had the most incredible stay in the condo. The condo was equipped with everything you needed and then some! The corner suite is a prime location with ocean view and steps away from the pool. Hosts were accommodating and responsive. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Absolutely Relaxing!!! Great Hosts!

Loved this place - so relaxing. Loved that it was a bottom floor so you could walk out on the grass in the morning and the pool was right there. Sat on the deck and had coffee/tea in the morning (not direct sun until afternoon). We thought pricing of food was high compared to what we were used to so we bought food for breakfast and lunch and ate dinners out.

Great location

B110 at Papakea resort is situated in a prime area. It is near the beach, pool and recreation. The condo is fully stocked with all necessities including coffee and a welcome box of candy. Hope to return soon!

This was our second time to Papakea and this unit exceeded all of our expectations. The photos don’t do the view justice, and we enjoyed everything about our stay. It was clean, had everything we needed, and we will absolutely be back!

Family Vacation!

Thank you Jen and Corey for an excellent March getaway. We loved the location with the views out to the ocean. We really appreciated that there was a beach chair for each one of us (4 in total), a beach umbrella, and boogie boards. While we did not use them, we noted that coolers for the beach were provided, a nice touch. The unit was very well equipped with everything we need to cook. It was a pleasure to meet Jen and our communication was easy and excellent. Overall, a great stay!

Very nice condo, resort in excellent location. Our property manager was very attentive, our first Vrbo experience and very happy how it turned out. Watch the whales from the resort shoreline, walk to food truck park, restaurants.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Papakea B110! Quiet, close to the pool, and whale watching was great from the lawn chairs overlooking the ocean. The owners have done a great job stocking the kitchen with the little things you need to make it a “home stay”. Fully stocked with most everything you need! The king bed was comfortable, and the living room and kitchen well laid out and comfortable. We never used the air conditioner as the trade winds provided great air thru the unit and kept it cool. Don’t be surprised by a few bugs in the kitchen - it’s a ground floor unit in the tropics. Just don’t leave ANY food out or unsealed, keep the kitchen clean, and you should be fine. Our favorite trick is to store food in the microwave, oven, and refrigerator to keep the pests out of it. The beach here isn’t great for swimming but there are lots of options a short drive away. Napili beach is ten minutes away north and we discovered Airport beach (Kahekili Beach Park), ten minutes south. It was great with lots of parking, restrooms, good swimming and snorkeling. The neighborhood has lots of options for restaurants within walking distance or a short drive to get groceries. The food truck pod just outside the resort was an unanticipated bonus - good variety of about a dozen food trucks with good food and some covered picnic tables. A short walk north try Maui fish market and Miss Arepa- both were very good! Aloha!

Convenient Location, Beautiful Property

The resort is in a great location for a lot of nearby activities. Convenient for restaurants, groceries, and other supplies. Room was immaculate and with "starter" supplies. Grounds were very nicely landscaped. Conducive to relaxation.

A wonderful stay

Hidden gem in Honokowai

We could not have been happier with this unit and the resort. It was quiet and peaceful and had amazing amenities (pool, putting green, shuffleboard) along with easy beach access. We will stay here moving forward when returning to Maui.

Lovely appointed condo and grounds, excellent location in the condo community, and snorkeling right in front of the condo's beachfront. Miranda is very responsive to any questions you might have. The most awesome cinnamon rolls are sold directly in back of the property. Beautiful sunsets. Would love to stay there again.

Great Maui Condo

This is a great condo, more well stocked than most (beach equipment, books, games, cleaning supplies, cooking supplies). My only issue is with the sofa sleeper bed. The1st night, could not get it to open up, so slept on the sofa; 2nd night tried again with no luck and slept on sleeper mattress on the floor. Notified the rental agent, who arranged to have it fixed the next day. The sofa apparently is new, but the mattress needs to be replaced with something sturdier/thicker for an adult sleeping on it to be comfortable on it. Otherwise, a great stay!

Wife and I stayed here for Christmas. It was beautiful. Especially loved the beach toys and supplies they had available in the room. Only reason for 4 stars is it is not really beachfront property. That would have made it perfect.
