Thank you for posting your stay review and we apologize that we were failed to meet your expectations. Yes we do collect 2 cleaning fee and you booked through expedia and it clearly says on their website that you have to pay 2 cleaning fee at Check in. Also it is correct that your card will authorize for 50 extra for incidental and we have to do it. If my desk clerk disturbed you at 10:30 am then yes it was our mistake. They shouldn't bother you till your checkout time and please accept our apologies and we will definitely have Ecolab take a look at the room you stayed in for pest control. We usually don't have any problem with pest as Ecolab comes every month and they are pretty good in doing their job. I again apologize for the inconvenience.
