Amazing week in Helen
We were very pleased with our stay in Helen. We really enjoyed every moment. The rental team really took care of every detail and we didn't have to worry about anything with our stay. They were extremely responsive to everything that we needed. It allowed us to have a relaxing and fun trip.

Birthday getaway
My boyfriend and I went for a quick birthday weekend getaway and it was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was very clean and the area was great! Not far from downtown at all. We would stay there again!

Great Hideaway
Helen Hideaway was great. The cabin is nice and cozy and very clean. Check in was a breeze and everything we would've needed was provided. The bonus is the hot tub, very relaxing. This is definitely one of my new hideaways.

Lovely!
Property was lovely! Peaceful in the woods. Has everything you need. Hot tub was exceptionally clean. Not very far into Helen. We also visited Anna Ruby Falls and Brasstown Bald. Must sees!

Cool place to stay
The roads to get there are fun to drive! Place is just right for 4 people (no more). Nice jacuzzi and games. Peaceful. Downtown was fun. Very close to everything. Friendly people. House needs a little work.

Great weekend getaway
Very nice property with plenty of space to spread out. Enjoyed the game station area and hot tub. Located minutes from downtown Helen, GA. We also enjoyed Brasstown Bald Conservatory, Alpine Slide, Putt Putt (Pirates Cove), Anna Ruby Falls, and the local restaurants.

Cute Cabin
The whole process was so easy. The place was small, but perfect size for us. The roads were soooo scary, but after a few times, they weren't so bad. Helen was great. Too bad a few of the attractions were still on a winter schedule and closed while we were there. Overall a very pleasant visit.

Great hideaway from it all
Great location just a few minutes from the heart of Helen. It sits over looking the mountains and is quiet for much needed rest and relaxation. Great to get away and unwind in the hot tub or sitting near the fireplace.

Overall a good stay - but it could be better.
As a seasoned traveler I like to give feedback, since many folks don't, I do so the owner can address any issues. Notes: The home was super clean. The master bedroom had a memory foam mattress, very comfy. The hot tub was very clean and worked great. They have replaced the grill with an LP grill, please update your website, we brought charcoal and lighter fluid, no longer needed. We were pleasantly surprised that they put up holiday ornaments and also a Christmas tree. Some issues: Had problems with all of the tv's, bought and replaced all of the batteries and this fixed all of the problems, except the master bedroom. The remote would turn on the TV, but nothing else would work. There were no hot pads for baking, had to use kitchen towels. They have external Holiday lights on the deck only half of them worked. They also had solar lights leading down to the hot tub, but during our stay did not work. We were thankful we brought flashing lights, or we would not have been able to use the hot tub safely at night. The fireplace looks was missing a log, the timer did not work and it is really only for looks. Minor stuff: Oven light did not work, Surface light for the microwave over stove did not work. We ended up leaving a day early, due to issues with heat and overall conditions. The property needs a bit more TLC.

It was a small cozy cabin. It had everything that we needed.
It was clean and comfortable cabin. It was small but cozy cabin. It was so nice to be able to sit on one of the two decks and drink coffee in the mornings. We enjoyed it very much!

Small but comfy
This place is very small, meaning only 2 people can sit and watch TV at a time as the other chairs are against the wall where the TV is hung. In the main bedroom you can barely walk beside the bed. But the cabin is comfy, the location is great and we enjoyed ourselves. The lower level where the hot tub and arcade games are does not have interior access, only exterior. That was not an issue for us but also not what I expected. We spent most of our time away from the cabin enjoying the area so space wasn't an issue for us. And it was fine as a home base. Just think carefully about how much time you plan to spend at the cabin if you are bringing the family. For a couple it would be fine (as long as you don't want to both be in the kitchen at the same time).

Perfect Cabin!
This little cabin was absolutely perfect for us and our two children ages 4 to 6. Kids loved there room with personal tvs and the game room. I loved the hot tub. Exactly as described in listing and perfect for our trip. We would rent again in the future.

Girl's Weekend in Helen
We rented this adorable cabin for a girl's weekend and it couldn't have been more perfect for our group of 3. We had an evening in and made homemade pizzas and had all of the needed pans and Utensils there. The views were gorgeous.

The property was nice and private. The view was nice on the Deck but Outdated.No Pantry, no Closet to put our cloth away had to leave it in our suitcase on a chair.Beware steep road to get to the Driveway but at least the driveway was level.Would of had problems if it snowed.Good to have 4 wheel drive Vehicle.We were looking forward to sit by the fireplace when we arrived to the cabin to relax after a 9 hour drive which was one of the reasons we picked the cabin with a fireplace, but the fireplace was out of Order.Nice area and made the best of our stay.Water Falls close by and nice little Town.Would Differently come back but rather stay and pay more for a better updated Cabin.

Cozy cabin
Looking for a cozy cabin in the mountains this is it. Wouldn’t want to go there during a freeze due to location but nice cabin that slept 4 very comfortably. Hot tub and gas fireplace were nice touches.

Perfect for a mini "getaway "

Cobwebs and Cramped Spaces
Let’s start with the pros of this stay - the cabin is close to the town, in a gated community (which isn’t hit or miss for us, but some may like it), and the cabin rental company that manages the property was friendly and communicative. Cons: They need to hire a better cleaning crew. I’m not sure when the last time the upstairs or the hot tub was cleaned properly. There were cobwebs in the window sills, dirt and debris were still in the bathtub, and all kinds of gunk floating in the hot tub. I’m fairly certain if the items look like they haven’t been touched by the previous occupants, the cleaning crew doesn’t bother going over them. We fought with the doors all weekend - you have to manoeuvre yourself into every bathroom and pray that the door doesn’t get stuck on the rugs or a cabinet door. The only bathroom that has any counter space is the upstairs, but good luck with it being cool enough to use. Our biggest complaint, however, was the lack of forethought that went into the storage. There was NO WHERE to hang a used towel. Instead of hanging hooks on the walls or even getting an inexpensive over the door towel hanger, the owners chose to put decor on the walls. When your main draw for Helen is tubing and your biggest attractor for you cabin is a hot tub, you’d think they’d give shelves or hooks to hang wet items. Instead you have to hang them over the doors in the house or the shower curtains. The master bedroom has no luggage rack - so you’ll just have to leave your luggage on the floor since the random chair in the corner isn’t big enough for even a carryon suitcase. There are also no additional blankets if you want to wrap up in front of the fireplace or kitchen supplies (tin foil, cookie sheets, etc) if you’re planning on cooking at the house. The house was cramped with just two people (and we aren’t large by any stretch of the imagination) so I can’t imagine what a family of four would feel like if trying to share this space. If we return to Helen, we’ll just spend the same amount for a local hotel.

Perfect for my family of three
My kids and I loved the little cabin. It was perfect for us. The hot tub and game room were awesome. It was cozy and clean and we enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was upon arrival and getting through the gate at Innsbruck. The guard (who seemed overly annoyed) did not have our information and I had to leave the property and call the rental people to have them send it over. After that was completed, all was great. I would absolutely recommend for a small family.

Very nice. Pools deeper than average 6 n 8 feet. Golf course nice. Cooler ok but must buy their drinks ice free. 2 Heineken 2 waters 11 bucks. Fair price. Club rental 15. Fair. Driveway at our cabin a beast to back out of with a rear wheel 4 runner n kia rio. But that's because we were in mountains.. makes sense. Friendly guard shack. Nice people we met on property. Hot tub delight. Old school galaga centipede millepied nice. Charcoal grill good. Would go back .152 Vienna Ring. P.S. Go see Sam G. Folk art Clarksville. Bought. ELVIS NIGHT RIDE. Acrylic on wooden cabinet door piece for good price n Sam talked to us for an hour. He's a potential front of the line collectible for the near future. 18 miles away. Mary nice young lady horse guide Chattahoochee Stsbles 50 bucks each. 1 hour ride.

Relaxing getaway close to hiking
We loved the location. Just close enough to Helen to visit if you wanted, but far enough away for quiet time. The Home has everything you need to cook, relax and enjoy a weekend away. The hot tub was a welcome destination after hiking in the parks. Quick responses from management for any questions / resolutions. Would definitely go back to the Helen Hideaway.

Enjoyed the stay...the hot tub & arcade game room was great entertainment for the girls...really enjoyed the hot tub!!!
