Estuve 3 días , ningún día fueron a hacer limpieza a la habitación y a cambiar las toallas ni nada ,a pesar de haberlo solicitado en recepción en 2 ocasiones

Excelente todo muy recomendable
Muy bien hasta que nos dijeron que estaban over booked y que no tenian habitacion, por suerte pudieron resolver y fueron muy amables.

Lamentamos mucho la situación que experimentó con respecto a la sobreventa de habitaciones, pero nos complace saber que pudimos resolver el problema y brindarle una solución satisfactoria. Apreciamos su amabilidad y comprensión durante ese tiempo. Esperamos que, a pesar de este inconveniente inicial, haya disfrutado de su estancia en general. Stay for one night after a late flight into IDA. Shuttle was good, personal very friendly and the breakfast was good. Perfekt for a stay at the airport.

Horrible experience of staying at this property. There was no exhaust fan working in washroom. Air conditioning was either on or off without fan being consistently running means either you are fully in chiller or without oxygen like suffocating environment. On top of that have to pay for parking which wasn’t mentioned earlier when you booked via Expedia. Talked to front desk rep and he confirmed issues with exhaust fan and AC. And said our management is working to improve.. I would give 2 out of 10.. not a pleasant experience to stay here.

The property is close to the airportand was clean. The fro t desk staff was nice and helpful. Checkin and check out were easy. Parking is weird and you have to go in and oick up a paper authorization to put in the wondow and park in a specific place. Then they make you pay $10 plus tax for an opennparking lot!!! The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

The address listed takes you to the Hyatt Regency, not Hyatt Place. The listing also says it has a bar/restaurant…. But you have to go to the Hyatt regency. Very misleading. Also the doors weren’t big enough to open in the bathroom without rubbing the toilet.
