Dear Guest, I want to thank you for taking the time to give us your impressions further your stay at the Sofitel Strasbourg Grande Ile. We do everything that is possible to make your sojourn in our hotel a pleasure of each moment, and it is with regrets that I discover that we did not meet your expectations. I am chagrined to read that your experience in your room was not fully satisfying. Moreover, our hotel has been built in 1964, and is the first Sofitel hotel in the world. Even if we are proud if its history, we are aware that the product is a bit aging and it might not be equal to some other hotels of the brand Sofitel. Nevertheless, all Sofitel standards are carefully applied in our House. Please note that we take into account all the remarks of this type and convey them to our Direction, in order to support a future renovation program that will be planned as soon as possible. I am very sorry to read about the inconvenience you have faced regarding the noise. For your information, the building next to our hotel is currently being constructed, which explains why you have been disturbed by such noises. We try to establish a more appropriate timetable for these construction work but they unfortunately don’t observe it.
