This is an older motel, but it is very clean, and recently painted. There is undercover parking for every unit, which are all on the ground floor. Because of the design, the units are very quiet. The showers are excellent with a good rose and plenty of hot water. We found the beds to be excellent, soft and with good electric blankets. In fact, we have stayed here three times, simply because of the beds. There are several good places to eat within walking distance.

Reception staff was abrupt and curt, there was no welcome when I arrived at 2100hrs. Web site stated you could check in up till 2300hrs. Had to ring all 3x displayed numbers to obtain assistance to check in. The motel itself was excellent, very clean, comfortable bed, very good facilities and it is fantastic that you can park your car undercover right near your room.

Much appreciated if you had mentioned the arrival time and responded to the call and messages that I madebut you could complain about ringing 3 times when I had called 4 times and messaged about your arrival time and there was no response from you.Yes you can check-in any time but that does not mean we just sit there 24 hrs and welcome the guests especially not knowing when the guest will arrive.It is a very simple thing to mention the approximate time of arrival when you book so that things will be more easy and comfortable for both the guest and the admin staff.Thank you that you liked motel.

Received courtesy call whilst in transit to give instructions as to how to let ourselves into our room and to say there was milk in the fridge for us to use for drinks. Very clean and comfortable and easy to find. Bonus was our own fully enclosed carport. 👍

Very quiet as there are no adjoining walls between rooms, very little traffic and well set back off the street. Very comfortable bed and good heating in the room. Undercover car parking as well.

The room was very basic but obviously little maintenance in some time, i.e. some powerpoints didn't work on the main bench area, the toilet seat would not stay up.

Upon arriving at the motel we were advised we haven't paid for our stay but Expedia has charged us so a receipt was shown to the owners. Then we were advised that the cost for the rooms selected was too cheap and that if we insist on wanting that room configuration then we had to pay extra. I told the owner that on the Expedia website what you select for is what you had to pay for. If I had wanted another room configuration then it was actually even cheap then what we paid for. The owner continued to tell us that they're losing money if they let us stay in those rooms at that price, that there's a commission to pay to Expedia, that Expedia had blocked out 2 rooms which was more expensive than what we paid for. All this took over an hour. Eventually, I contacted Expedia over the phone and had them sort it out with the owner over the phone. This is the worst experience with a motel/hotel at check-in, wasted our time, and we were worried for our safety having argued with the owners. Seriously, not put yourselves in that confusion. Just stay out of it, it's not worth your time, effort and the emotional stress.
